I was told by this company that they wasn't going to give me my remaining sessions. However I paid up front. They owe me the money that they charged to my card they can't just do thatBusiness response

Attached is the patient's signed agreement regarding our policy on cancellations, no shows, as well as refunds on prepaid services. If further documentation is needed, we will be more than happy to provide it.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I'm not agreeing to this. They can't just take people's money and not provide the service that was agreed upon. They have you to fill that out when you come in. But never did I imagine that they wouldn't complete their contract.
