I used the services of the ********************** to carry out immigration medical services in February/March of 2023. My bill was settled in full for the aforementioned services at ******* Medical. Months later I received a bill from Andor labs for lab work they claim to have done for me. Not wanting to develop a bad credit or reputation, I decided to pay in full the invoice of $70.18, as this letter stated that my bill was way overdue. This sum was withdrawn from my account on June 21, 2023 and Andor cashed my check on July 10, 2023. I later contacted ******* clinic where I did my physical and bloodwork who stated that they contracted Andor and paid in full and I should not have been billed. I have made multiple attempts to get a refund but to no avail. Andor apologized for the error but to date no is able to say when and how I will be reimbursed. Instead I received a second bill dated July 31, 2023 for $198.60. Calls to them today have gone unanswered and still no solution to this matter.Business response

Andor Labs is always commited to provide the best service to its clients and patients, and thus one of our client operations team called the patient and apologized for the inconvenience. The team member also confirmed the patient received her refund check in a timely manner.
