Soooo, we needed some electrical work done in our house. A simple wire pulled and new outlet. We called tri-city electric and they came out and told us what we needed. A little over a week later, they came out and did the work. They had me write a check out to the name of the technician who came out for a "discount" so we didn't use a credit card. Which I thought was strange but, we paid the ****** for the work and they left. Neither of the men who did the work told us they had a problem with anything. We are going to be listing our house next week and told them so. A few days after we had the work done I went into the bathroom to freshen it up and found dirt on the floor, drywall and dirt all over the counter and sink and the photo of the "work" they did. My husband emailed the company a photo of the issue and the complaint. A few days later we received a generic response that said "this is not the kind of work we strive for and don't expect to leave our clients with this type of outcome. I'll try to get ahold of the guys who did the work and get back to you" That was well over a week ago! Obviously, we are upset. I'm just shocked that you walk out of a customers home and be "proud" to leave this in their home! There are some holes in the wall where they did the wire pull and the office manager said, they are just small holes and that the drywall was wet before. It was most certainly not wet. If it was, they should have told us about that too. The experience was terrible from start to finish.
