On March 31st of 2022 I hired ******g Landscaping to pick up sod from Super-Sod and rip out and till up my yard. ****** put the sod down in the next day or two and everything look beautiful. The following day I called Super-Sod and got the instructions and my wife, and I followed them to the letter. We were very diligent in watering per the instructions. Our yard was so beautiful for Easter and our families' visitors. Unfortunately, in a couple of months the green started to fade, and the sod did not root. I called Super-Sod and ask if they could possibly send a representative out to look at my yard. They gave me a flat no and said they could not work with me directly because i did not purchase the sod. They told me I would need to have ****** contact them. I tried for a period of time to reach ****** and was finally able to reach him. We scheduled a time to visit Super-Sod together. We spoke with **** there in the store front and he was able to pull up the invoice no. ******* plus there was another one he did not give us. **** was very polite and ask ****** and me to send him some pictures to his cell phone which we did on September 19th, 2022, and more on September 21st, 2022. **** said he would speak to his manager and get back to me. After a few days I had not heard from ****, so I reached out to him. When got back with me and said his manager would not send anyone out or replace the sod. **** told me they were ****ing to give me a seed package. I ask what time consisted of and he said a bag of lime, a bag of seed a bag of fertilizer. I ask **** if I could speak to his manager, and he said yes. I tried to reach out to the manager ****. **** refused to take my calls or return them. I was given multiple excuses. I decided to go in person. After keeping me waiting **** finally came out of her office. **** said **** did not say he would give me a seed package and she made many excuses. I ask for her m name she gave me ***** **** refused to return my calls.
