The CareerPro Inc. team really took me from having no network to creating a whole powerful network around me that helped lead me to a fabulous new role. I was able to take the challenges they provided to me from a strategic career point of view and this helped lead to critical connections. CareerPro Inc. and the entire team have served me and my companies for about 20 years. I cant believe it has been that long and all that has gone on during this career and business journey. Working with **** has been an incredible experience. I started working with **** when I needed some support as I was going into a career transition. **** introduced me to some incredible people that led to some very interesting conversations and opportunities. Trying to not lose ground when shifting industries is hard, and ***** support helped me to stay mentally tough in a challenging transition. And he made the job transition fun! My role is to lead others in many ways as an executive leader with focus on non-profits, associations and in corporate roles. I came to CareerPro Inc. with a set of ideas about how I wanted to drive the search I had in mind. The items for me were the fundamentals of search, research, brand building and connecting to a new network. I built confidence, connections for life and relationships that drove me to think way outside of the realm and find new muscles to my own brand. What a tremendous life to my spirits both mentally, spiritually and physically. Your journey may be different. Mine was like a sabbatical from the beaten path. The CareerPro team worked with me to help me translate my skills into better collateral and assisted me in creating the right posture on ********. They also introduced me to a number of executives, business owners and leaders in the Triangle who have been encouraging and very helpful in my career progression.
