Hello, My name is ******** ******. I took my Honda Pilot to Take Five located on ********* Rd (******** NC) Friday, September 3rd at approximately 4pm for an oil change. My experience at the shop was originally good but soon took a turn for the worst. Once finished, I went straight home, about five minutes or less from the shop. Later that night, I began having issues accelerating and my car locked up, leaving me in the middle of the intersection. Fortunately, I was able to turn my car off, restart it and drive to a strip mall to park in a safe location. Stranded, I called a friend to help me. When we checked my car, I was told my car had no oil. As you can imagine, I was very confused since I had just got an oil change less than three hours ago. I immediately called the Take Five corporate office to notify them of what was going on, but had to leave a voicemail as it was after hours (around 8pm). I have yet to hear from corporate and my car is still not fixed to the extent that I left the car. There is additional damage and I need to have this resolved!
