I purchase a Hot tub from the company. There was a panel missing when i received it. I was told that they will order a new panel and everything would be fine. Now 8 months later no panel. i spoke to the owner Mr ****** and he told me that there is nothing he can do about the part as they order it but the manufacturer will not deliver it. So now i have a spa that is missing a side panel and he will not replace itBusiness response

I have been told by the manufacturer on several emails that "the cabinet corner panel will be in the next container coming from Hungary". We have received 3+ containers from the manufacturer since this hot tub was delivered in October of 2021 and they have failed to include the needed panel in any of them. Now we have been told they will send the panel alone by ***. We are waiting on a tracking number to be sent to confirm this happens and will forward the information when it does.
We apologize this has not been taken care of in a timely manner but unfortunately, we are only able to complete the job once the manufacturer supplies us with the necessary panel.
