Horrible customer service. Purchased a car from them last month. The car had multiple issues. They never communicated or contacted me back regarding the issues with my car.

I have spoken with our customer. It was simply a misunderstanding and the vehicle has been repaired and we are in great standing with our customer. I just got of the phone with ***'s father which was a cosigner on the deal. He stated that *** was just upset because it was her first vehicle and he explained to her that anything can go wrong. Good thing is we have resolved the issue.

Really not happy with our dealing with elite auto sale we purchased a 2013 ********* ******** ltz from Raleigh location had the truck for 2 months and the air suspension compressor when out its was told to us our warranty would covered it .when we took it to the repair shop that we find online thru dowc website they called the claim in they call me back and said it was not covered .But the warranty we checkout online its says air suspension compressor was on level 2 coverage but the day of purchase of the vehicle we didn't receive a copy of our warranty we just sign for the warranty but we were told that again we can check our coverage online dowc site .Raleigh location never send us our warranty contract coverage when I contact dowc they said that the air suspension compressor was not covered on our coverage they send a copy of our plan and it different then the coverage online their website for coverage level 2 .Call Raleigh about this and told him that claim was rejected he said I will call dowc and talk to them.The repair shop call me and said that they were only going to pay $800 for the parts and labor and I would have to pay the rest we paid $2499 for the warranty really not happy about this we paid 25k for a truck and warranty and two month after purchasing it have to paid $507 to get it fix and we find out that the manifold bolt was broke repair shop said that's was broken before we purchased the truck but the bolt is not under warranty that's another $517 we have to paid I know it's a used truck but think it should have been checked better before sell the vehicle

I have spoken with Mr. ******* and the issue has been resolved, I explained to him that a warranty is very much like a health insurance plan. It pays the majority, but in most cases doesn't cover the entire repair depending on what the labor rate of the facility is compared to what the warranty contract rate is. I really feel that the repair facility overcharged for the repair and Mr. ******* agreed. Please feel free to reach out to Mr. ******* for validation.

bought a **** ******** from them two months ago first couple days I noticed some lights on the dash were coming on so I took the car back after three times of driving over an hour for their mechanics to look at it they finally said they need to keep it was today is the day I got my car back and it's been over a month and a half they've had it with no communication whatsoever I had to drive to the Dunn location to pick it up before dropping my car off I filled my car up with gas I'll pick it up today I've 16 miles to E Let me not forget to mention that the mechanics in the Raleigh location felt the need to drive my car to the residence overnight to see if the light will come on God knows where they stay because a full tank a gas is over 400 miles my armrest is filthy and torn my whole car is filthy With black smut everywhere they were supposed to take it to the **** dealership for them to fix some thing but decided to do it themselves glad to have a car back that I have been paying for not been able to use for staying clear away from this place

We have been on contact with Ms. Croll and are working to correct the issue. We completed the repair on her vehicle, however the check engine light has re-appeared. We had her bring the vehicle back to us for further diagnosis and have given her a loaner vehicle in the meantime so she can continue to have transportation.

To further note, we have had a mechanics shop for over 25 years and we are in unprecedented times with parts being on national back order and delays. We source from vendors all over the nation on a daily basis. Unfortunately sometimes we are at the mercy of the parts suppliers.
