This complaint involves my weekend home at *************************************************I have had good service from Supreme Heating and Air for several years and in December 2023 ordered a replacement heat pump. The owners -- **** and ********************************* -- gave me a quote of $8,213.00 which included the heat pump and two years of service calls at 6-month intervals. I was also told I would get a rebate of $465.00 from ************** I agreed to the terms and the heat pump was installed Dec. 6, 2023 and the amount due was paid in full.After 30 days I had not received the rebate and called to inquire. ********* said she had filed the rebate request electronically and would check on the status with ****. Over the next two months I called multiple times and she kept saying she had not heard back from the emails she had sent Duke. I asked if she could call Duke and she said she didn't have a phone number. On March 14 I contacted Duke *************) and was told no request for a rebate had been filed for my service address (Rixhaven Drive). **** also said it was too late to file a request because it had to have been filed within 60-days of the installation.I called ********* and questioned again if she had filed the rebate request and told her Duke had no record of a rebate filing. She said "I'll put you a check for $465.00 in the mail tonight."I have not received a check from Supreme Heating and they refuse to take my phone calls. I have left phone messages but they have not responded. Very frustrating! I am requesting a refund of $465.00.Business response

Dear ********************,
The bank has issued you a check for the amount of $465.00 it is coming directly from the bank and I am not sure how long it takes to process and for the mail to deliver it to you. Our bank is ***** Fargo and it says the check was mailed out on 3/22/2024 and I am attaching this confirmation from the bank.
I always answer your phone calls and I have not received a voicemail from you that I needed to return a phone call. I am always pleasant and respectful when speaking with you and any customer. We have been in business for over 20 years and have never had any issues what so ever.
