The owner, *********************** would make an excellent used car salesman. He tells you everything you want to hear and then does not deliver. He agreed to remove my popcorn ceilings, repair any sheet rock that needed it and paint the entire interior of the house. The front porch columns were to be replaced, and painted, along with the hand rail. He was also going to replace a fiber glass shower and tub with a walk-in shower. He claimed that they would clean up everyday and leave the house as he found it. The project was to take one month to complete. After two months and the shower was not done we took it off the list of projects, we were tired of the mess. He blew dust all over the outside of the house and my cars, gouged the new LVT kitchen floor in several places, there is paint on the siding of the house where they were not even painting, left trash to accumulate for weeks, left construction debris in the yard for weeks, painted flat wood trim with a roller even after being asked not to, chipped and scratched a new granite counter top, did a half-ass job of installing the new porch columns, damaged a fiberglass shower with a power sander. Did not finish the work he was paid to do. Did nothing about the damage he caused. The sheetrock repairs were excellent and most of the painting was ok. The painters were obviously not professional, could not cut a straight line and failed to use masking tape to create a straight line. It took them forever to paint a room. They tracked paint and pealed popcorn ceiling residue all over the house garage and driveway, actually cought them beating their shoes on the side of my trailer to clean them. Washed emptied spackling buckets in the yard, again after being asked not to. There was so much residue deposited in my yard that it has washed into my neighbor's yard.
