I hired this contractor to install pavers, screen porch and grill stand. They did a terrible job around the first time and second time work was ok, expect pavers. Sand is coming off from pavers joints. I took second opinion from ***** about pavers and they laughed at it as it was really bad. I was told repeatedly that thats how it was supposed to be done. Im really disappointed. I spent considerable $$ but the quality is so bad.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to write a review. Every time we would come to the project, hed want additional work done, for free, that was not included in the contract. TEAMEDIT **** does not cut corners on any job we do and we especially dont laugh at our own work. Lowes does not even do landscaping installs so their advice would not even be accurate. ************************* will lie to you and say everything is good. But has a lot to say when you leave. I do not recommend ******* as a client, to any professional contractors.

I hired ****** at Team Edit Landscaping to pour a stamped **ncrete patio. ****** and his team did thousands of dollars of damage to my property through their negligence, and he refuses to pay for it. Prior to that, ****** (unsuccessfully) tried to scam me for $2000. They chipped the siding of both the house and my shed. They got **ncrete splatter all over the sides of the house. The house was professionally painted in Summer 2021, and now must be fully repainted as the **ncrete will not **me off. We may need to even replace multiple pieces of the siding as the **ncrete may never **me off. They also left **ncrete bags just sitting in the yard. It rained the next day, and the **ncrete hardened into the yard. He also left a giant mound of dirt in the yard. We had to pay these professionally removed, as ****** never brought his team out here to fix it. They also left a 2x4 stuck to the patio, which we now will need to have professionally removed.I told ****** many times that his team needed to **me out and clean up the house before the **ncrete stained everything. He repeatedly ignored me and blew me off. By the time his crew came out, they told me there was nothing they **uld do to clean it off. I have given ****** months to make this right. Miguels only offer to remedy to the situation was to get his paint crew to **me paint the house. *************** does not normally do paint you can look at their website. We paid for a professional, insured, and warrantied paint job in Summer 2021 and we expect the house paint to be fixed to the same level. Miguels cut rate crew that is not insured, nor do they give a 5 year warranty, is not an acceptable fix for the damage they did. He has ceased **mmunication with me, and I am going to be pursuing him in **urt. Last I talked to him, he said I **uld speak to his lawyer, but now will not provide me with his attorneys information. I have extensive documentation of these issues, including pictures, texts, and re**rded **

Thank you for your extensive review ********** Unfortunately you failed to mention how many times TeamEdit returned to the property to make it right. We also have text messages stated you like the work that was done but failed to mention any issues then.
