I went to this urgent care on 9/8/21 for severe back pain and was told by PA-C ************* that he could file my **** paperwork for work. However he did not and I ended up going to an orthopedic specialist to get help as well as physical therapy. Irritating, but not the end of the world. However, since that visit I have received 3 statements saying I owe $355.92 because they didn't file my insurance properly. The first time I called them about it on 10/19/21,****** refiled with insurance. The second statement I spoke directly to the office manager **************** via email on 11/17/21 and gave her clearly laid out insurance information including images of the cards. She told me she would refile and to let her know of any more issues. I received another invoice today 12/17/21 for the same amount still with no insurance payment. I checked with my insurance provider and this urgent care is a facility listed as accepting my insurance plan. I have had no other issues with my insurance these three months between my MRI, orthopedic visit, six physical therapy visits, an emergency room visit, my annual physical, and my OB/prenatal visits. I would like this resolved and insurance to be filed so I may stop receiving invoices.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2022/01/10) */ Billing is outsourced to a third-party billing company. Emailed billing company and made aware to please resubmit to BCBS as soon as possible. We have had multiple requests to resubmit. I have also sent a request to our consultant to get this looked at immediately.
