Our team was amazing! Kept us informed, cleaned up afterwards, careful inside and outside of the house, polite, professional, etc.. '58 Foundations did an amazing job with water proofing our basement in our new home. We just moved in and wanted to start with getting our basement fixed up so we can have additional living space. Lawrence was awesome in keeping us updated, demonstrating on how to use the equipment and even finishing a day ahead of schedule. Great professional crew!'58 Foundations & Waterproofing Response

I called 58 Foundations to remove old insulation in crawlspace and replace it along with a new liner for the floor. The inspection was completed by Kent T******* who was very thorough and answered all of my questions . He gave me a quote which was reasonable and then Jessica called the next day to schedule. She was very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable .Lawrence and Robert were the men who came to work at my house . They represented their company in a friendly professional manner and did an excellent job. I would recommend this company with no hesitation.'58 Foundations & Waterproofing Response

Quick and efficient work. A job well done! I interviewed 3 different companies in my area to stabilize and level the floor above our crawl space. '58 Foundations was not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive. They were chosen because they went above and beyond my expectations when I was actively looking for a solution to my problem of sagging joists. The initial estimator Todd took his time to make sure all our questions and concerns were addressed and did not use high pressure techniques to try to get our business. Finally, when the job started the crew arrived on time each day and kept me updated with the status of the job in a timely manner, I most highly recommend you use this company when you have issues with your floors and crawlspaces.'58 Foundations & Waterproofing Response

Incredible experience! We interviewed 4 waterproofing contractors and 58 Foundations was the only company that didn't use hard sales tactics, and we felt very comfortable with the inspector and that the company would do a great job. And they did! The work was done efficiently and the entire crew was respectful and kept the job site clean and tidy. They even used fans to blow out the dust and put up plastic to keep the upstairs clean. We definitely recommend this company.'58 Foundations & Waterproofing Response

My husband and I had Todd from 58 Foundations to our home to evaluate our basement for waterproofing. Todd is one of the most knowledgeable home inspectors I've experienced, he was incredibly thorough but efficient in his work and pointed everything out to us. We've experienced water in our basement for a year or so, and grew tired of drying our carpet and concerned about mold growth with all of the moisture. Todd promised a 5 star experience from the 58 Foundations team and we certainly received it! The scheduling was a breeze and the crew showed up on time and couldn't have friendlier. They got the entire basement waterproofed in a few days and I think it looks better than before. An overall great, professional experience.'58 Foundations & Waterproofing Response

We contracted with 58 Foundations to install an internal waterproofing system in our basement. We live in an older home and have made several attempts to stop water from coming after heavy rain. The 58 system actually works! We've had no issues since it was installed and are very happy with the entire experience. 58 Foundations is a great company! We had Todd inspect our basement to stop water from coming in. We had an outside french drain installed many years ago and it wasn't working. Todd explained how 58's inside draining system stops water from entering the basement, and it works! The basement is now perfectly dry!
