I paid for my Mower to be repaired. They returned it and I paid what he charged. I went to use it and it was still leaking oil. He came and picked it up again. Returned it with a new issue. It wont start. He says now he has to charge me again.Business response

The customer received around $400 worth of our mechanics' labor and materials at the cost of $100. He was provided with options to meet his demands, and did not choose to accept what Mobile Mower could reasonably do for him. Because of the difficulty this has caused the company and our employees, we will not being doing business with him going forward.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:He is not being truthful. He never gave me an invoice or even said exactly what he did do.
He charged me $85. I paid him $100. for his work thinking he had fixed it. So I paid him more than what he asked for. Unfortunately he did not repair it correctly snd had to come back and get it two days later. . He then worked on it again and returned it with more issues. He said he wasnt charging me again but he probably should have. Then when he had a great deal of difficulty starting it I expressed concern. He said I can call him if it continued to have an issue starting which again it never had difficulty starting before unless it was hot. I called him and now he wants me to pay him for what he feels he should have charged me. This man would never give me an invoice and I asked several times. I also recently found out that when I paid him $500. for him to give my mower a tune up, sharpen blades, and put one belt on and fix my oil leak that his work on the oil leak was only a temporary fix as it leaked again the same season he returned it. I also recently found out he never did the tune up as spark plugs werent replaced and the air filter wasnt replaced. Again he never ever gave me an invoice and I paid twice to have a PTO pigtail replaced because of his failure. He also returned my mower with a new issue, covered in mud and almost empty of gas when it had two full tanks when he picked it up. He said he let his neighbor use it?He also returned my mowers after he had been drinking beer all day. When I asked about if he had had a few too many he said he had had a few but never too many. This man needs to repair my mower or return my last payment as he did not repair my mower for which I paid him more than he asked for but he didnt repair my mower. He made it worse
