  On Aug 4 2024 I paid ******************************* (Integrated Coatings)$3000.00 Cash to have my driveway black-top resurface, cracks sealed and coated. I didn't get my receipt and was later told he would drop of the receipt once he returned to pick up his cones that was blocking my drive while it was drying. I was told that his premium products (Black Diamond) was being applied to my driveway was guarantee to last five or more years. I have all the texts between use and pictures that I sent to him.

  The customer here was given everything he asked for minus the crack fill, because our machine was acting up that day. We took $500 off of the customers price he paid $2,400 instead of the $2,900. He was given the premium product that my supplier sells and they will vouch for that and provide receipts. We performed excellent work on his driveway to provide a lasting product. The owner was then extremely rude and used rude language. He will absolutely not be getting a refund. And we did absolutely nothing wrong besides go above and beyond to give the client a good product. When our machine was acting up for the crack fill we absolutely addressed it and took that cost off the final bill.

  There hasn't been any change to my driveway, It's still looks a MESS.

  I was mislead and given false advertisement of what I sould expect after the work is done. Had I known that my driveway was going to look the way it's looking, I would have never let this company do the work.

  This company own employee stated to me that he had never seen a driveway turn out the way mine has.

  I will except half refund or return and do the job right.

  This client will absolutely not get a refund. This client will absolutely not get additional work done for half the price this is a problematic client with unrealistic expectations of this product. We did everything that we normally do and never had an issue or complaint like this he sent bogus pictures after a rain event and bogus excuses of moisture coming through cracks when we obviously didnt fill the cracks he got a discount for that because of an equipment malfunction of course theres going to be moisture coming up through cracks, my only offer I will come and fill the crack for full price  then do a re-spray for half the cost other than that he can fight me in court. I am more than willing to do so thank you.
