On May 16, 2022 I purchased a RIGHT HAND DRIVE Jeep through Vantastic Mobility out of ******* North Carolina.I purchsed the jeep they said would transport it to me a week went by and heard nothing I reached out to them only to find out I needed to pay the transportation fee that was never informed of before and was told was a dollar a mile. The sales lady *********************** sent me a link to pay and it only shows 500 dollars I payed that another week goes by still no Jeep I reached out again and was told I did not pay enough and was still 496 doallrs short on transportation fee. ***** messes up when sent me payment link and did not put correct amount. I was furious and she said I needed to speak with owner. I tried calling owner with number that was provided the owner did not answer and to this day has not returned my call. So i asked to get the 500 back I paid for the transportation and I would drive from **** ******** and pick up the Jeep and I would drive the vehicle I was trading in to them. So then was told that would work and when asked for refund was told only the owner could issue the refund and he was in ******* open another car lot. Again tried to call owner and no answer even texted the owner no response. So spoke w sales lady again and she said she tried to see what she could do finally 2 days later got refund. Drove down picked up Jeep. I traded ** my 2018 Equinox and car lot was to pay off it took over 30 days for them to do that and I had to email, text and call them and stay on them till was done took like 45 days. I occured a late fee because of them taking so long to pay off. Then I was informed the sales tax would be financed in w purchase and they would send me a check for sales tax to tag vehicle. ***** the sales rep said she would send me the fed ex tracking number when was sent. I still have not received I have text messages to show . Now there saying they are not sending me a check and never was. Now it beyond past time I have to tag it.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: yes after over 2 months the owner finally answered the phone for me. Nothing has been resolved he states paperwork is wrong for a 3rd time and my payment on contract I have should be double what is. We have not spoken since because he will no longer respond to me. I have not been able to make second payment on jeep because they won't tell me what or how to pay. Have not received title or letter from them to be able to tag jeep. So I'm still driving illegally because I don't have paper work to be able to tag it. I tried to finance with my bank I use and get away from them but my bank won't because they think something not right. Now all I can do is set and wait. They won't send me correct paperwork won't return mytexts or calls again. I have only had 2 conversations with owner since I last responded to bbb. Now I can't get them to respond. So I'm worried there gonna just show up and take jeep and it's only vehicle I have now and it's literally my job as I'm a mail carrier. So I do not know what to do. Thanks
