I provided a credit card on file for auto payments and they never send monthly statements. They then sent it to a collection agency. They say they can no longer handle this. They also state that supervisors do not take calls. The collection agency number they provide never answers or calls back. So basically, there is nothing at that point you can do. Closed account in May due to continuous lack of attention to order cancellations and changes. They agreed with the error and promised to accept the returns and refund the account. They came in early June and picked up erroneously delivered water bottles and all of the empties.Since then my account has shown the credit amount but no refund has been issued. I've called several times and been promised that the refund will be issued and I've also reached out on the "Contact Us" form, with no response. I'm totally fed up and am sure that they have cheated ***** advice: Do not give them your money. Wont remove auto pay unless you get nasty. Attempting to close out an account and get everything picked up and they conveniently messed up the address in order to add another equipment rental charge to the account. Initially they claimed it was impossible for them to remove the auto pay account. Do not believe them. Escalate and demand your rightsPrimo Water Corporation Response

Primo Delivery is awful.I've finally decided to start reviewing their horrible service. While I love having spring water delivered, I might start picking it up myself again since it will be cheaper and I won't have the stress anymore.Primo is often late. Currently this week, they've delayed my delivery twice.They often cancel a week and rather than delivering the following week, they skip until the next which puts delivery a month between.For a while, they would not replace exactly the empties I put outside but instead would only two or four (their system would not allow three for some reason). I had to start putting sticky notes on my empty bottles to get the delivery to be *********** week they put new bottles but did not pick up the empties and the following delivery, they delivered to my neighbor. Not only was I charged full price for the deliveries, since they did not credit back the return of the empties, I ended up with 8 empty bottles in my house for a month.If you call, the customer service will refund the deliver fee but you are not actually talking to the delivery company--you are talking to the headquarters. So the corrections are being passed along to the local delivery company and nothing is getting directly fixed.Primo Water Corporation Response

Less than1 like .25 Deceptive and scam to get you to order water at ******. Promise a lower price charge a higher price. Promised no delivery charge and charged $14 to deliver water. Sales at ****** so you feel its a great company to be at ******. Lousy customer service with empty promises. Never follow through with promise to deliver the promise of picking up water. I cant believe a company at ****** selling within ****** is so deceptive and a true scam. Im so frustrated and its about principle. I was promised $5.99 per 5 gallon and charged $7.49 plus delivered spring water with purified water and charged without consent. I was charged delivery but promised free delivery. Ive called over 5 times in one day and got different answers. DO NOT TRUST PRIMO WATER - even at ******. Its very disappointing. Ill never sign up with this company again. This company has 0 customer service. They are out to overcharge and frustrate you.Review from David O

Outside of making routine deliveries, Primo Water is completely incompetent in every other aspect of their service. When we first started, the delivery guy dropped our water dispenser on the ground and casually said, If its broken, just call and have them resend you one. It ended up being broken, and it took two weeks of constant calling and following up before they finally issued a new water dispenser. That should have been the first sign of how poor their service really is.What truly crossed the line was when I moved and updated my address. Instead of handling the change properly, they created duplicate water orders. Despite being told the earlier delivery was canceled, they delivered it anyway, making the second order completely redundant. I tried logging into my account to fix it, but its been down ever since the address change. After multiple calls to their customer support, being told a series of excuses about system delays and evacuated offices, and being reassured the duplicate order wouldnt be delivered, they delivered it ********* make matters worse, the delivery driver never takes all the empties, leaving me with a growing stockpile of empty bottles. And their customer service? Useless. Theyll say anything to get you off the phone, and nothing actually gets resolved. No one replies to emails, and its a nightmare to deal with them.Paying customers should have their lives made easier, but Primo Water is a complete pain to work with. Im honestly glad this happened because I found another water company that charges 25% less. Its surprising that ****** endorses such a low-quality service. Worst experience. Ive ever had with a company. From the day I signed up it had been nothing but problems. They show up when they want, deliver what they want and charge what they want. I notified them 2 weeks before I moved that I was moving and needed my address changed. They delivered to my new home and also delivered to my old home. Contacted them 2 more times, via email and phone about it, still didnt change it. I chatted, called and emailed them I wanted my account cancelled. They assured me over phone my account would be cancelled and they would pick the bottles up on 10/9, someone showed up 10/1 without notice to get them (luckily no one was home). On 10/8 they deliver to my old address AGAIN and tried to charge my card (I blocked them so it declined) Emailed them once again that my account is suppose to be cancelled. They email me back saying my account will be cancelled and they will pick up bottles on 10/24. This company is plain out incompetent and unethical. I have emailed them now at least 5 times, called them 3 times, chatted twice and sent messages through the contact page about these issues and they still cant get their act together. I have contacted my bank and reported any charges from them as fraud and will pursue legal action if they attempt any collection on me. I should have read the reviews because they are all true, this is an absolute disaster of a company and they need to be investigated by the ***.Review from Christina P

This company is the WORST. I am waiting for them to open to cancel my account. My ********************** was supposed to be delivered LAST Friday. It got canceled and switched to Sunday. The water never showed up. Yesterday, on Monday, I reached out and they said this was escalated to management and assured me our water would be delivered today. I just checked the website and its rescheduled for 10/12. We are about to get a hurricane, I have two babies and now we have NO fresh water. I am beyond disgusted. This same exact scenario happened with ***. I am done with them. 0/10 recommend. I will switch to Waterboy after this storm. Shame on you Primo/Crystal Springs.
