      We have damages from the hurricanes that hit ******* and we have flood and wind damages to our travel trailer. They sent out a guy to take pictures of our damaged, but never sent out a person to look over the damages. The pictures were sent to an appraiser in ********* ****. He determined from the pictures $2,000 in damages. The trailer was in the Gulf water floods and the salt waters are rusting out the stabilizers, the axles and the metal frame supporting the trailer housing. We had an authorized ** repair facility check it out and have determined damages are around $16,500. I've made 4 calls to the appraiser personal in National General insurance and have yet to get a return call. All I get is voice mail. I'm trying to do a mediation with them and want to get them and the ** repair company to meet here and go over the findings on both ends to determine a correct costs of repairs. The only thing that has come out of this is they want me to take it to Camping World by Tampa. Their ETA is months to fix it. We are full time **ers and that would place us homeless. From seeing reviews from past clients, they haven't reimbursed them for being forced into hotels while their units get fixed. We are retired senior citizens on a limited income. I can't afford months of hotels being retired. The authorized dealer can fix it in a few weeks. Less time in the hotels. I'm needing to get this resolved to be able to move my ** if needed. I'm stranded now.

      I would give them zero stars if I could . Got into an accident over a month ago . Still havent receive a payment from them . Ive called , emailed and left vm messages and no one has responded . Literally the worst insurance company that I had ever dealt with . Forget a saving a few bucks , go with the well know insurance companies who take care of their customers! I bet if I didnt pay my monthly premium, I would have received a phone call regarding that but no one can respond to anything else . ****

      I canceled my policy with this company and was supposed to receive a refund of ******. I was sent a check in the mail but when I tried to cash it, the check reader couldn't read it. I tried to deposit it to my account and my bank told me the check couldn't be verified. I contacted National General about the problem and was told they would canceled the check and the money on my card that was on file. I only received ****** on my card and when I called and asked where was the rest of my money I was told that they could only put on the card what I paid monthly with my card and the rest would be sent by check. Got the remaining balance via check and now I'm having the exact same problem. I called and left a message and waiting for a response. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I will ANYBODY looking for insurance to go else where. They also have a tendency to increase your monthly payments so please steer clear of this company.

      Horrible company. Integon **, my brand new car was rear ended on route 17 in ** by one of their policy holders. It has been almost a month and the communication is the ablsate worst. Fix my car!!!!!

      When I put my card in at the beginning with them they took the money off the card the second time they told me they can't use the card to send me a confirmation when I pay I had to talk to a allstate representative to get confirmation national general is bad to me and I just got them

      I was painting my White House while doing this, I noticing multiple hail dents in the sidding, where I live the past few months had multiple hailstorms.I called to make the claim they asked me what date it happened on. you can go back and listen to the recording that I stated it happened a while ago when one of those hailstorms came through. I just noticed because of painting the house. they send a inspector out. when he called to set it up I told him I have a contractor that should meet him. I asked if I needed to be here.He said no, I also informed him that it was perfectly fine for him to go into the backyard to inspect the house. when I got home that evening, I texted the inspector asking him how it went. No response waited a few days text again. Finally got a response absolutely 0 hail damage, so I didn't agree with him.I called the main office. They started reading off the report. He gave them he had my siding listed as vinyl and it's aluminum and there is no inspection of the rear of the house. when they asked the him why he didn't go to the back of the house? He stated that I wasn't there.and the contractor didn't show up either. to go back there with him, but on our phone call, I clearly stated he could go into the backyard. I went out circle to all the hail dents, took pictures of them and sent them to the main office. I didn't hear anything for a few days I try to contact them multiple times still didn't hear anything. They finally contacted me back saying they sent the inspection off to someone else. To look over. I waited about a week. Didn't hear anything called multiple times and texted them multiple times no response. I had to get my insurance. Broker involved for them to respond back to me. they contacted me stating the person was still looking it over and they would let me know and today I got letter in the mail stating they denied the claim. Because the day they put the incident is the day I called, and not when the hail storms came through.
