      I received an email 9/24/24 from Lucky Strike regarding a daily contest stating "Lucky you. You've scored some cash. Your prize will be on its way to you between 4-8 weeks." I contacted Lucky Strike via their site. I received an email stating that they had no record I won anything (I sent the screenshot I received) & customer service said "it was a mistake, you did not win". I told whoever in customer service the email was misleading & i cannot imagine I wasn't the only one who thought they won. Their response was the email was an enticement to get people to play their game. I told them they really needed to send out a retraction email explaining to people that happened. I told them it was cheesy & patronizing because it said "even though you're not a winner, you're still a winner deep in our hearts." I told the girl I dealt with today I already know I'm a winner I don't need it reaffirmed. I told her nothing against her or the other gentleman (meaning the company) who helped me, that the service was poor. She tried to tell me how I felt, I told her "Look, I'm not disappointed I'm saying how this whole situation was handled is wrong from the initial email saying i had won (along with whoknows how many others) until the cheesy email at the end". I requested to have it escalated but the guy ignored my request

      Received deceiving product reward from their Longhorn tobacco product line. Their website shows the Milwaukee M12 drill and driver combo Fuel current generation of tools with a 4.0ah and 2.0ah battery. The actual reward product I received was the old generation tool kit with x2 1.5ah batteries. I took pictures and filed a complaint through their customer service department. Weeks went by and they said per terms they would not refund or exchange any of the rewards products. I feel this is false advertisement and disloyal to their customers. All the ********************** did was add *********************************************************** coupons. The total cost in points I spent for the Milwaukee tools was *****! This is ridiculous and will be filing a BBB formal complaint! Sincerely,************************* US Army (Retired)

      I received spam mail from them. I called *************** I asked the first lady to remove me. She asked for my date of birth. I told her she's already got my name and address. I'm not providing any more of my personal information. She said it's because tobacco company. I am not making a purchase! and because I refuse to give it to them dob they said I can no longer talk to you and they have to terminate call because I was reluctant to give them that information and they hung up on me. I called back a gentleman answered same information because I wasn't going give the date of birth. They hung up on me

      They should be sued (Im in law school) They are (RJ REYNOLDS) selling a defective product KNOWINGLY. These complaints go back at LEAST 4 years now and I have bought MY last Vuse pod EVER. As a student, I cant afford to THROW AWAY MONEY. What else could we expect from a corporation who's product KILLS hundreds of thousands of people annually.?? Some care for the consumer?? I think not.

      To echo a lot of the other comments -- huge quality control issues on the Vuse pods, where a good 75% of them are discolored and taste bad right from first opening the package. This has been the case going on years now, and they will not address the issue. Reaching out to them via support will also get you no real response either. The only choice is to buy another product, and do not give this company any more money. With no quality control on a nicotine delivery system, they should be getting investigated heavily by the FTC and FDA at this point.

      Absolutely disgusting company. I don’t even get how it’s legal for you to send knowingly bad products out to consumers. My husband has wasted so much money with you guys it’s ridiculous. EVERY purchase includes a bad amber ugly tasting pod, EVERY purchase. That is terribly quality control. The fact that you have to call to complain is absolutely ridiculous! 1990 called and they want their outdated communication system back. Even when he’s called and said he would be reimbursed he’s NEVER received any reimbursement at all, just given the run around.

      Their Vuse products are horrible. Major inconsistency. Receiving burnt pods. Wish I could include photos. Money down the drain. Buy any other product!!!!!

      I buy a whole box of Vuse Vape Pods fresh from our distributor (Hackney) because for a limited time they were all up to standards and perfect and taste delicious. Now the PRICE INCREASED almost $25 AT ONE TIME so now a box of 10 is $91!!!! Almost 100 dollars AND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM ARE HORRIBLE, BURNT LIKE TOAST, DISGUSTING, AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!!! I LITERALLY DID NOT GET JUST ONE GOOD ONE MUCH LESS 10!!! How did the price go up 25 FREAKING DOLLARS BUT WE'RE NOT GETTING WHAT WE'RE PAYING FOR! These are extremely dangerous and should NOT EVEN pass quality control let alone be put on the shelves. They are suppose to be like khaki colored, no yellow tint to them at all. ALL TEN of these from this new box doesnt have a yellow tint, or even a dark yellow, THEY ARE ALL RED/BROWN. Do you understand how dangerous it is to smoke these?! Not to mention even if you do they always die. They taste awful, you have to pull so hard that it heats your power unit up, and that can blow up in your face, and the pain in your chest from these hurt so bad. SO PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW ALL AT ONCE YOU'RE PRICES WENT UP $25 (THATS INSANE) YET YOU'RE NOT FULFILLING THE CONSUMERS EXPECTATIONS?!? Not only that, but what you're selling is dangerous. I keep all my pictures, all my emails, calls, and they are just getting worse. Everyone that smokes menthol and Virginia tobacco has moved to ******** or **** or ANY OTHER BRAND, but you only have rich tobacco. Except going to a vape store and getting a vape and buying the juice to put in myself. I have written about this, I have called, I have given the information of the storeS and even the distributor, and its gotten way worse. Nothing is getting better. Who is in charge of Product liability? It's like you just cut out quality control and/or quality checks before sending them out.

      Vuse vape pods continue to be distributed in a known bad condition. 70% of all pods are bad. The fluid leaks into the base and rust. 70% unusable product. For awhile the new packages had good pods and now the old ones are showing up again. This means they are recycling old bad pods.
