      I previously submitted a complaint to the BBB and I online information service about my credit, I contact them to inform them I never received a contract of me signing stating that I will pay them anything. I also reached out to online information service for them to give me proof of contract. I contact them over the phone and by mail the last time. I contact them over 30 days ago and still havent received any information. I would love to have this removed from my credit and if not, my lawyers would be involved. I sent a letter to their Address on file ********************************* I would love to see this issue and complain. Ill in the most professional way and results to me getting this deleted any race off of my credit. This will be my second time submitting a complaint. If the BBB cannot help me, I dont know who could.

      To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally dispute the validity of a collection account that has recently appeared on my credit report. The account in question is listed as 5058 with a current balance of $478, and it is negatively impacting my credit score. Upon reviewing my credit report, I discovered this account, which I believe to be fraudulent and inaccurately reported. I have never entered into any contractual agreement with Online Collections GRVL nor have I ever received any services or goods from them. I am requesting a thorough investigation into this matter to verify the accuracy of the reported information. Please provide me with the following details: Verification of the debt, including the original creditor's name and contact information. Proof of any contractual agreement or documentation that supports the validity of this debt. Documentation showing that the collection agency has the legal right to collect this debt. Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention that under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), it is my right to have accurate information on my credit report. The presence of this fraudulent account is damaging my creditworthiness and could potentially affect my ability to obtain credit in the future. I kindly request that this matter be resolved promptly. Please investigate this dispute and remove the fraudulent account from my ********************** report as soon as possible. I also request that you provide me with a written response detailing the results of your investigation.

      This company gave this company without my permission at all my personal information i ask for debt validation they failed to provide it they are also in violation of : 15 *** ****************************************************************** writing within 30 days that the debt is disputed or requests the name and address of the original creditor, the debt collector must cease collection until they obtain verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment, and provide this information to the consumer12. This company is also in violation of 15 *** 1692g is a section of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) that requires debt collectors to send consumers a written validation notice within five days of the initial communication regarding the collection of any debt. If the consumer disputes the debt within thirty days, the debt collector must cease collection until the debt is validated. Also, FURTHERMORE, I DID NOT consent to this company having my personal and private information. This constitutes aggravated identity theft. I also DID NOT consent to this company reporting information in my name to the consumer reporting agencies.

      Online information service sent a debt collector notice stating I owe a debt of $757 for a utility bill that's attached to an address I have no knowledge off. I have been at the same address for the past 10yrs.I do not have a contract with Online information service. January ******* I requested for the original contract from Online information services with my signature and they did not provide me with this information. This is drastically hurting my credit as I am in the process of buying a home. Every time I call online information services in regards to this situation they are constantly begging me for my full SSN which I'm uncomfortable giving to a company I've never done business with and is accusing me of owing them! This company is literally a scam and needs to be prosecuted.
