I called to have a house sprayed and it was a whopping $195. The very young man showed up the house is 2100 ft. and he finished spraying the house less than 15 minutes. The contract with the company says that if I see insight within 30 days, they will come back out and spray again. They sprayed the first time on September 26 and there are still insects all over the house and theres only been one dead bug that I have seen. So on day seven, October 2, I called To have the house sprayed again because of the poor job that was performed. I was told I could not make an appointment because it hadnt been seven days. Today is October 3 and it is day seven and I called again to have them come out and I am told that its gonna be 7 to 10 days for the bugs to die and I can call in after that, so I asked about my 30 day guarantee. Lady tells me that I do have a 30 day guarantee but yet I cannot get them to come out for 10 days so technically I have a 20 day guarantee. I think the contract is fraudulent and I even asked for my Warranty to be extended and I was told no. I was told to call back next week to make an appointment. If youre going to guarantee somebody a certain amount of time you have to stick to it, especially for the price that I paid for this awful job that was done spring the house . I am literally in the bathroom and a ***** comes up through the vent that is awful. I never saw the young man spray the bathroom. He barely sprayed. He would walk a few feet in squirt a little. He didnt go around the floor like other people that have sprayed.Business response

We have addressed this issue across many platforms in various different names by complainant and have provided multiple responses to no avail as this has continued here. I am attaching the information and response that we have already provided through our ****** reviews and verbally speaking over the phone.

If you want ************ this is definitely the company you need to go to I called to have the house spray it was $195 which is crazy. The young man showed up and the house is 2100 square feet he was in the house less than 15 minutes and then went outside. I never saw him spray the bathroom, I never saw him spray the upstairs he just thought it was behind me but he took off in enough direction. What I think is really intrusive. So Ive only seen one dead Bug since they sprayed a week ago. They have a 30 day warranty and that says if you see a bug within 30 days, you called them and theyll come out. They lie to you. And they said well it hasnt been a week yet and the bugs havent had enough time to get the poison so youll have to call back tomorrow. So I called back the next day, which is one week afterwards and then Im told you gotta wait 10 to 14 days. So they will not schedule me to come back out meanwhile that 30 day warranty is counting down. So I have to wait 14 days. Ive only got a 16 day warranty,by all means check my math. so I can call next week to have someone come out. I have had exterminators before and once they spray dead bugs pop up everywhere. I was in the bathroom and a ***** came out of the vent. Ive never saw the man spray in the bathroom. Ive never had an exterminator that was so bad. I will never do business with this company and I will tell anyone that asked me about this company. What bad service they have
Remember when they tell you, its a 30 day warranty they lying is a 16 day warranty

Thank you for your feedback. It is valuable to us. The one -time service you purchased includes one free follow up service within 30 days. That was clearly communicated both verbally and written on the contract you agreed to. We provide several service options and you found that one to best fit your needs. With that in mind, we explained to you that utilizing that one free follow up would more beneficial if waiting the ***** days to allow time for the prior treatment to either work or not. It is just so that way we are able to determine a solution beyond that. We offered to schedule a follow up for next week but you hung up on us. We are sorry that you feel this way however we are here to provide a professional service and provide solutions. There is not one solution. Treatments can take time and cooperation form our team and the homeowner. When our team is at your home or one the phone with you, please be mindful that while they have your best interest and the environment of your home in mind, we also have laws and regulations to follow to ensure that not only the issues are resolved but that they are also resolved in safest way possible. If you decide that you would like to schedule the follow up for next week, please reach back out and let us know.Once that was provided another review was left by same client using an alternate name and I am providing that here as well:

If you wanna technician that shows up 45 minutes late and doesnt even Apologize, try this company.
