******* was completely rude, unprofessional and dishonest in his approach to work and was aggressive and combative when coming into my home. I reached out to him to receive a quote to install a new HVAC system for the second floor in my home on 8/02/2022. It was working at the time and my partner and I wanted to replace it before it went out on its own. His website states that his quote and estimates are free. We decided to go with a different contractor and had the new unit installed on 9/28/2022. I emailed him to follow up on this new work to receive his feedback and get a second opinion on other things on 11/23/2022. He was notified that we choose a different contractor and was informed that we just wanted a second opinion. He replied on 11/26/2022 stating that he would call but never did. I sent a second email on 12/14/2022 and text to his mobile phone to see if he was still available to come check it and he agreed and stated that he would come by in the morning of 12/15/2022. ******* arrived at my home at 930am. He immediately stated that I was dishonest, he wasted his time coming out to provide a quote and that we just went with the cheapest option. He asked why I did not go back to the original installer since most have a warranty and I repeated that I just wanted a second opinion and another set of eyes. He then accused me of "going with just the cheapest option" and that the other contractor was unlicensed. After looking at the new unit he stated that there were items on the unit not tied down and not insulated and that he was going to report the work to the board. He then stated again that he wanted honesty from me and reported he would not be doing any work on this. He repeated again that he came out to my property to give me a quote which is apart of his job and apart of the bidding process on a project. He then zoomed off in his van on a residential street endangering my neighbors. He then left my upstairs thermostat to 77 degrees without informing us.
