Additional Info
Since May 1, 2007, the BBB has received 18 complaints from consumers around the country. Complaints to BBB state that the company has charged between $760 and $1,700 in advance of providing a personal loan and that the advance payment was wired to Canada. In addition, complaints indicate to BBB that after receiving the advance payment, the company has failed to provide the loan.

All complaints on file with BBB have been closed as unanswered and unresolved.

As a result, BBB has contacted the Royal Canadian Mounted Police's Phone Buster division and has and will continue to forward all complaints as received. Information in BBB files indicates that the addresses used in Fargo, ND are not the location of the company. On June 1, 2007, the Attorney General of North Dakota issued a press release warning consumers nationwide that this company and others like it "operate over the internet and claim to sell automobiles and other big ticket items which they claim are located in North Dakota, or to offer advance-fee loans. Consumers responding to the advertisements are directed to wire payment outside the U.S." Despite the fact the phone number given is in North Dakota, the calls are directed to an internet number which could be located anywhere in the world. The scam directs consumers to wire money outside the U.S., once this money is wired they get no product and the funds cannot be retrieved.

BBB Business Profiles may not be reproduced for sales or promotional purposes.

BBB Business Profiles are provided solely to assist you in exercising your own best judgment. BBB asks third parties who publish complaints, reviews and/or responses on this website to affirm that the information provided is accurate. However, BBB does not verify the accuracy of information provided by third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in Business Profiles.

When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints.

BBB Business Profiles generally cover a three-year reporting period. BBB Business Profiles are subject to change at any time. If you choose to do business with this business, please let the business know that you contacted BBB for a BBB Business Profile.

As a matter of policy, BBB does not endorse any product, service or business. Businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation, and some businesses are not accredited because they have not sought BBB accreditation.
