      In my opinion, this business is deceitful or naive. Poor or no communications (email system is also spotty), slow-late product delivery, and misleading statements. Could be a scam or just a very poorly run business? I needed an item for a gift and it did not arrive in time. I purchased a replacement item elsewhere and told them to cancel the order. They might wait to ship the item when you tell them to cancel the order or you dispute the charge with your credit card company - who knows? But the item arrived after I canceled the order and purchased a replacement product, and I have no use for the item. I have run several small businesses. I believe this business has a huge lack of understanding about customers and customer satisfaction. Providing a quality product is important, but timely, useful and clear communication is equally important. I also don't think they understand product shipping relative to the customer. I have a lot of experience in this regard. Customers don't care when a product is given to a shipper - that date is only relevant to the merchant and shipping company. Customers only care about when they receive the product. Whether a product is in the hands of the merchant or the shipper is relatively meaningless to the customer - the bottom line is the customer has not received the product. There are several ways that a great merchant addresses issues such as I experienced. Blaming things on a shipper or an email system, whining about being busier than expected, arguing with a customer, etc., are not the signs of a great merchant. *************************** is believed to have said whether the customer is right or wrong, if you want a highly successful business, the customer is always right. So much goes into customer satisfaction and this merchant is missing most of the key elements. The amount of money involved is not worth the time that would be wasted dealing with the merchant. Very disappointed. Buyer beware is the best advice with this merchant.

      Customer conveniently filed a chargeback dispute one day AFTER the item was delivered. At no time has customer reached out to return the item for a refund, instead he chose the keyboard warrior approach. It's hard to take business advice from a potential scammer who keeps his product after receiving his money back. A return label has just been emailed to the customer and an acceptance of the chargeback will be given after the product is received back to the workshop in original condition.

      Thank you for your reply. **************** was contacted by me before the item was delivered. I do not know when you heard from ****************. I did reach out to the merchant to cancel the item. I have not received my money back. And I have not received a return label by email or otherwise. Thank you again for responding.       I ordered on 10/13/23. It said **** weeks. I emailed on 12/11/23 and was told shipping that week. Since then havent received anything and zero response. A total scam

      After waiting three months and the product paid in full we received damaged goods. Laurie said a replacement was sent supposedly but after 2 weeks nothing has arrived. I sent pictures of the damage. It seems they not a reputable business who preys on customers a approximately 100 dollars at a time. Don't make the mistake we did.

      Customer left a bad comment on my ******** ad for receiving a damaged product, customer never attempted to reach out to me. I contacted the customer and offered a replacement and asked if there is a problem please contact me and not leave a negative review.Then I received this:After your ability to ship a product in a fashion not to get damaged by Shipping and waiting a ridiculous period of time. Our family has decided after your not really concerned with resolving product damage professionally and more concerned about your image. We will eat our ************************************************************************** the trash. No worries the BBB will be contacted. Seems you have no concern or care. Good luck ******* and ********************************* I responded with:I am sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, I already have a replacement headed your way. I dont understand your email at all. I reached out to you after reading a comment on ********* I offered to send a replacement. Im not sure how I could have shown more concern or have been more professional.Either way, if you choose to throw the replacement in the trash as well thats your prerogative. Laurie Customer than made a complaint to the ******************** just 7 days after I reached out saying that he had been waiting 2 weeks.After some back and forth communication, I realized i was either messaging with 2 different people, or a psychopath. I guess there is no way to please everyone. Best of luck to anyone doing future business with them.

      Like others, i placed an order expecting reasonable lead times and delivery, as advertised. It has been weeks beyond when the item was due. i reached out and was told the item would be shipping that week. it has been 2 weeks more and nothing has been received. All correspondence following up with further inquiries have gone unanswered. i asked if the order could be cancelled as i was so upset, but no response. This is not how you run a business, if there is a business behind this.************

      Horrible. Fell for the ******** marketing. Horrible Business and will not reply back. Disputes files with credit card companies as Laurie wont return emails or calls. 5-6 weeks turned into 10+ Weeks.

      This business promised delivery within 6 weeks. Now, at the 10 week ***** the business will not respond to my inquiry about my item. They had no trouble taking $100 from me but won't send the product nor respond to my inquiry.

      Horrible customer service. Going on 4 months and still haven't received product. The first time I wrote them and they never gave an answer. Now they won't reply or answer any questions. Ive wrote them multiple ways. Even ******** and they just erase my comments.

      I placed an order in August of 2021. The owner emailed and advised me that custom orders could take a few weeks to make, understandable. By November I received an email with a tracking number. By mid December the tracking number still did not show transit history. The owner was contacted again and she stated she would be sending my order ********** forward to today, February 10, 2022 and I still do not have my item. Multiple emails have been sent to the owner without reply. Last contact was middle of December 2021. I also have a small business, and I try to avoid this and strive to be easy to deal with as a customer because I understand. However, 6 months of waiting for an item and unable to contact the owner is unacceptable. Ive submitted a report to the *** and will be filing a dispute with my bank. I do not recommend giving money to this business.

      ordered product, paid and never received the item. Contacted seller on Dec22 stated that it would be shipped in the next few days and as of Jan 26 still do not have the item. Asked for a refund and have had no response.

      Product is good BUT you must be willing to accept the following shortcomings 1. Long wait time, more than their stated wait time. I waited 97 days for my item to ship, stated time is 56 days (8 weeks)2. Lack of communication, 1 unreturned phone call, 2 calls physically answered but given no real information, 4 text messages, 2 unanswered and 2 with misinformation about shipping date.3. No compensation for inconvenience, lack of honest communication and delayed delivery of product.

      Be honest. you waited 63 days not 97 my lead time at that point was **** weeks and you received your item in 9 weeks. I responded to your one and only email you sent 1/12 on 1/14, which I stated which ship within a couple days. Your item did ship 1/16 and was delivered 1/20. You did not contact me Via the business phone number but instead on my personal mobile phone which is not used for business purposes.At no point did you contact me at this point, but instead filed a complaint after your item was received.

      I stand by my documentation of the contacts made. Do not list phone numbers that you are unwilling to answer. Complaint was made after item was received because I had already paid for and the other reviews left. Also answering this complaint a year after it was filed points to poor business practice.
