I purchase a 2023 Honda ***** at the end of May 2023. The vehicle had dealer added options that totaled to be an additional ********. The added options included all weather mats that I did not want but since they were part of the option I had no choice but to purchase. At the end of the deal it came to my attention that part of the portion of the added dealer option (all season mats) were not there and they had to order them. They made it sound like it was an easy fix and we had already invested a few hours at the dealer so we decided to continue. I was force to purchase an option that had components that were not even in stock and now forced to wait. We have called two separate times, the first they were not aware and the second they said there were not in. We are approaching the 30 day mark with no estimated timeframe for portions of a dealer added package that we never wanted, they didn’t have and were required to purchase.Business response

We refunded the customer for the all season mats that are on back order. The damaged trim piece is still on back order and customer is okay waiting for it to come in. Customer stated they were happy with this.Customer response

Sales manager contacted me and refunded the items that they did not have in stock. The issues is resolved.Customer response
