Date of Transaction : 02/05/2023, Invoice paid $******/- We had an issue with our Semi. It was a technical issue where the truck was not doing a Regen (self Cleaning process) automatically. Truck will not start unless the regen is completed. The computer sends a command to the truck's system. Normally it happens by itself and driver has to wait until it is complete. Our truck was cutting off within a few seconds of commencing Regen. Being a Sunday, not many mechanics were available so I got in touch with Boss Truck Shop and informed them of the issue we were facing. They said they understand and will send a mechanic asap. A guy showed up who had never seen a semi truck from inside. He was a tire and Lube guy. He left in a few minutes saying that this problem cannot be fixed by him and that we should take it to the dealer. We were charged $******/- for what I am still trying to understand. We would like to have our full money refunded. Even after writing back to them, no one has got in touch with me yet. Invoice ********* ***** ***** *** *** *** *** *** ****Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The sensor issues have been there for long. At least they should have checked with us about it. The sensors are very sensitive. A bit of dust and it shows an error code on the dashboard. We have been driving with these two codes since 17 months. We needed help with Regen which they could not do and should not have charged us so much
