HiBid is down right now, I was bidding on an auction Nov14, site went down, came back up 20 minutes later to the auction being paused. Some auctions were working, some weren't. Where's your IT people? Everybody got screwed, auction never came back and HiBid declared it over that night. What kind of resolve is that?Review from C Michael A

I had a great experience. I loved being able to set my top bid when I had several items closing at nearly the same time. Most did not get to the top bid I had set so I know the items were not run up to my top bid by a bot.Review from Judy A

HiBid allows auctioneers to sell fake autographs of baseball players. I purchased one, and when I found out it was fake (I tried to sell it on Ebay and got hammered). It is important to note I had already purchased or had bids in with two other auctioneers. One cancelled my bids, the other worked with me to get a refund, however this one was so arrogant, he kept throwing his policies and procedures I agreed to. Anyone who has taken contract law 101 knows that if one part of the contract is fraudulent, the who contract is invalid. After going back and forth with this arrogant man from TX, I disputed the purchase with my credit card company and won. Now that auctioneer is bad mouthing me all over HiBid. I know this because I am friendly with a couple auctioneers and they read what this man has written about me. I asked HiBid to intervene, I sent them all the documentation of the transactions in question and nothing happened. Now I have to get permission from every auctioneer to bid. I have purchased over $5,000 in their auctions and this is how I get treated.Review from Steve M

I was bidding on items early in the auction but they continued to reset even though nobody else was bidding on them. If they would have closed I could have bid on other items. I was traveling a long distance and didn’t want to bid on smaller items if I wasn’t certain I had won the bigger items. FrustratingReview from Ramit B

Recently I won the biding in auction by Liquidation Max, London. I requested for the items to be transferred from London to Mississauga and when I went to pick up the items, only 1 invoice item was available out of 3. Also, there is no point of contact with the auctioneer. I emailed them last Friday to ask for the items and have not received any response yet.Review from Amber T

I love HiBid! I watch auctions all over the country. The local sales get pretty redundant with merchandise so it's nice to go online and be able to enter product categories such as antiques, jewelry, clothing, etc and see how the rest of the country sells. I usually find much more interesting sales elsewhere.Review from Linda H

Website wasn’t showing the list of items won amongst other things. So I ended up bidding on more than I wanted. Reached out for help and HiBid wouldn’t help with the issue at all. I’m no longer going to do business with them but There’s no way to cancel my account t on the website.
