We're very sorry to see Ken left this review. We were unable to find a leak on one of his tires and completely understand his frustration. He last came in when the temperatures dropped below zero, which will turn on all TPMS lights, and then tried to identify the leak which caused more frustration. We last talked to Ken on Monday January 15th 2024 and asked him to come in and we will see if we can find the leak and if we can't, we will put a new tire on free of charge.

My experience started off great. The battery in my keyfob died while I was eating at a local restaurant. I start to walk to a convenience store a block away to see if they had a battery. I was walking down the ally and asked one of the mechanics at Walker tire if they sold batteries for it. He took it upon himself to open the fob find what size battery it was and put a new one in. See everything going great. Then I walk around front to pay for the battery. After awhile and a phone call to someone I get charged $29.21 for a 2032 button battery. I was told it cost that much because they have to order them. And keep them on hand.

We are sorry to see that Aaron left this review. He came to the store without an appointment and walked in the back of the shop and asked our technician to help him with his key fob. The technician came off his job and assisted him with the key fob. We did not use a key fob from our tool box but had to purchase one from the parts store and marked it up like we would any other part. We're sorry to see he left this review.

Absolute embarrassment to the auto repair industry and worst customer service ever received. **************************** unprofessional mechanics/staff and will not fix your vehicle but will in fact damage it even more. I Wasted a total of almost three thousand dollars at Walker before I stopped believing them and stopped taking my car back after the engine light kept turning on after I was told 3 times everything was fixed. Took it next door and had it fixed within the same day for under $500. When I asked the front desk at Walker why do I keep spending so much and nothing seems to be getting repaired my friend and I were yelled at by the front desk **************** to leave the shop because she simply didn't have any answers and couldn't provide a copy of what was wrong with my car and what I was being charged for. Bottom line unprofessional sorry excuse for a "repair shop". I highly recommend taking your vehicle to an ********* or a parts store before wasting your time at Walker at least the staff will know how to use a code reader and know what they are talking about *****************************************. Never again Walker tire *************************************************************** *******

George had his vehicle towed in for service. We were not able to test drive it beforehand and were only able to go on what he said it needed. He had requested we replace the valve cover, upper timing cover and water pump according to the Volkswagen dealer and he also needed an alternator. We found them all to be leaking except for the water pump and told him it did not need to be replaced. We also found the drive belt was missing and he did not need an alternator. We performed the work and afterwards there were 30 check engine codes present due to the engine running without a drive belt. The codes were cleared, and the vehicle test drive proved no other issues. He called the next day and said the check engine light was on and there was a smell, so we asked him to bring it back in. We found a gasket leaking that was part of our initial service and replaced it at no charge. We also found the coolant temperature sensor code was on and recommend it be replaced. He took the vehicle home to think about it and ended up calling a week later to have it replaced. We performed the service, and the check engine light came back on the next day for a coolant performance code. The testing procedure was the same for both codes and our ASE Master Certified technician found out the coolant was not getting up to temperature due to a stuck thermostat. What had happened was the computer knew the coolant wasn't getting up to temperature but didn't trust the reading from the sensor and turned on the check engine light to check the coolant temperature sensor. When the sensor was replaced, the computer now could see the coolant wasn't getting up to temperature and turned on the check engine light again and the technician now saw it was getting up to temperature. When we told Georgiy it needed a water pump he asked us if we had a legal team. We gave him the number for our attorney and our company policy is to cease all communication at that point. He then threatened to slander us on social media with a group he is a part of if we didn't make this right. We asked him to come pick up his car and he brought in another gentlemen and they both threatened our female manager. They were asked to leave multiple times before they threatened to call the police. After multiple times being asked, they left the building. We understand Georgiy's frustration and if you've read this far, please know that vehicles have gotten incredibly complicated and sometimes you do have to take a car back multiple times to have all issues addressed. We can only go on test drives for so long and can only go by what we're given when it's in the shop. We never want something like this to happen in our store and we're sorry it did.
