I paid $**** for 4 windows. Half of them have issues of not opening and not being sealed. I have repeatedly called their office since April 25, 2022 only to be told each time it will be months until someone will come out to rectify this issue. What good does it do to buy expensive windows with a guarantee if no one will honor that guarantee.

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/07/17) */ Our records show that a service was opened on 4/25/22 and the customer also wanted to order 2 more windows. We emailed the customer on 4/25/22 about the 2 windows and was waiting for a response from the customer. Since we didn't get a response, the folder with the service was sitting in limbo. We do not have a record of the customer calling again until the BBB complaint was filed. We went out the next day 7/13/22 and addressed the customers issues and are in the process of getting their 2 new windows ordered.
