Attached you will find an email response to me from the supervisor who actually talked to Ms. ****. I have also included our Floral rules for your review. Unfortunately all cemeteries have floral theft and loss issues. Forest Lawn has over 100,000 people who have been buried here making it very difficult for us to respond to requests to pick up someone flowers for them and over 349 acres of land in which to look for lost flowers. Forest Lawn is a non-profit cemetery and is not in a position to replace flowers unless we know we had a direct impact on the loss of them like hitting them while mowing. In the email response, you can see that ******** offered to replace or refund her money, which she declined. Forest Lawn has done al that is feasible to help her with her concerns.
