On February 24th ProLine Homes was building a house beside our home. They ran into our fence with one of their work vehicle. We have had to reach out to them multiple times about getting it fixed. My husband had to call from a friends phone because they would not answer. They keep giving us dates that they will be here to fix it and don't show up to fix the issue. We have pictures and all of our messages saved to prove this complaint.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/07/11) */ The ********* fence was accidently damaged by the framing subcontractor during the framing of a neighboring ProLine home in February. While framing the adjacent home, a sheet of plywood slid off the framer's forklift and cracked the bottom rail of the ********* pvc fence on one section of the side yard. A representative of ProLine Homes promptly met with the ********* to acknowledge the damage and discuss the remediation. It was agreed that the fence company that installed the ********* fence would be engaged to complete the repairs so the most similar product would be used. The fence company was called to assess and repair the damaged section. During the time period of February to June, multiple calls were made to the fence company to follow up on the ********* fence repair. Unfortunately, the fence company was at times unresponsive or not making the repair a priority during their spring busy season. Along with the *********, ProLine Homes was also frustrated at the fence company's lack of attention to completing this repair. The fence repair was made on 6/29, the same day this complaint was filed. Also to note, the ProLine Homes representative was in a meeting when Mr. ******* called and then subsequently called from his friend's phone. The calls were returned in the order they showed up on the cell phone (most recent listed first). The representative was not avoiding the ********* phone calls.
