I went for facial fillers. My initial consultation I explained my concerns. I informed them that I am not new to cosmetic rejuvenation. I explained that I had cheek fillers done a month ago and wanted to focus on volume in mid face. The injector said I needed more in my zygomatic (cheeks) they usually do 2 syringes. I explained that one side of my face would require more of the filler than the other. However, their approach was to administer equal amounts on each side. I paid cash for the discount and had to return because of there was some asymmetry. Was told I would need more filler to correct this issue. So I purchased again and decided to use what was left in the syringe in another part of my face. Everything looked great when I left the clinic. Now that the swelling is gone and I evaluate my face 4 weeks later, the transition from my cheek arc and mid face looks unnatural, my eyes look hollowed and the results are very undesirable.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The provider will not accept responsibility that his procedures and approach to cosmetic rejuvenation care is inadequate. His statement " Well I trained her" implies that his skills are stellar and there doesn't need to be any improvement. His ********* *** approach to health care diminishes patients' legitimate concerns and quality care. His main focus is to sell a product.When I stated "her assessment and techniques need improving. During my consult I explained what my concerns were to address my mid face and deficit to my left. I told her that a month prior I had received a treatment in the cheek area from another provider. I had no complaints about those results. She stated that we use two syringes for the cheeks, and 1 for mid face. The cost would be $**** but if you pay cash $****. After a month there were lumps and noticeable asymmetry and their fix was to sale me another syringe. I once again returned because she had distorted my face and I did not look like myself. My total cost for this was $**** cash for a service that was inadequate and traumatic. My request for a refund was totally valid even though his policy says no refund. Had I paid for these services with my credit card I would have disputed the charges.
Stating that he dissolved the filler at no cost and offering to sale me a syringe at cost was insulting. His offer to inject filler soon after the dissolving agent which, is still in the surrounding tissues risks the filler being dissolved, speaks to his expertise and knowledge of cosmetic rejuvenation. His policy of "no refund" for poor service causes unknowingly patients' to become victims.******** *** ****** **** ************ *** *******

There is nothing further to add to this discussion. There is a difference of opinion between the patient and the providers, and no hope for a reconciliation. Refund is not warranted when services were correctly performed. Thank you.
