On November 21st I had to get a plumber to come out to my house to fix a clogged toilet. I was charged $440 for them to just show up and then $200 for them to unclog the toilet. Turns out there is something clogging it that they cannot remove. So I was told that I will need to cut out and get the pipes removed and replaced. I hated to hear that but I was okay with it. I've been trying to get a quote for a week and to get *** to respond to my texts to give me a quote. He has completely ignored me and just kept my $660 to not fix my clogged toilet. ************ is his cellphone and he responded very quickly to get to my house to do nothing and take $660. But has completely become a ghost when it comes time to come back and actually fixing my issue. Very unprofessional and horrible service. I want my $660 back so I can pay a real plumber to come fix it. Not a crook that wants to take the money for being there for an hour to do nothing!

We gave the customer a verbal bid over the phone, he was unhappy with the pricing. We have attached the written bid with the date on the estimate on when it was made. We would be happy to complete the work stated in the bid if the bid is approved.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I never received a phone call or bid. This is the first time I am seeing those numbers. I am unhappy and not accepting because they are lying! I have sent multiple texts and screen shot proof. I am not wanting to do business with a company that has to lie about their customers! I am still $665 in the hole for a plumbing job they did minimal to nothing of work to fix. I am more upset that they have to lie about sending me the bid and me not being happy with the price. What a crooked company that lies about their customers. My text messages with no responses is not a lie, I have proof!
