I signed a lease based off what the realtor told me that the central air unit works. It was confirmed twice that the air conditioning worked. on the 15th of July, I signed the lease. The same day i entered the apartment to find it was 95 degrees inside the unit and the A/C was not working. I called the Multi Vest and informed them. The told me on the 16 that it needed a part and they installed a window air conditioner. I called again the following week on July 22nd and they said they was still waiting on the part. I called again on the 26 th of July and I spoke with the owner, she told me the apartment needed a new central air unit. She then called me back later 10- minutes later and said they would be installing the central air unit on the 26th (same day). No one showed on the 26, 27, 28. I called Multi Vest on the 29th of July and was informed the central air unit they was going to install on the 26th was sold and they had to order a new central air unit. I asked when this would be installed, I was told that they did not have an answer for me. There is tremendous heat coming into my kitchen from the furnace. My health is bad, I have lung disease for having lung cancer and copd, the owner at Mulit Vest knew this from the start.
