Sent my youngest daughter to pick up our cupcake order at a drop off cooler location this business uses as she is zero contact pick up. when my child arrived home with the cupcakes I noticed they were incorrectly made and immediately reached out seeking a solution of either a fix replacement or the opportunity to return them. the owner first stated I sent no images then followed up with she was out of state with no service and quit responding offering no solution to my incorrect order. the owner did not respond to any of my pleas for help for 5 days then finally responded stating she had no service. it wasn’t until I provided proof she in fact had service and was intentionally ignoring my request for help on my order. (owner was posting regularly on social media mocking my situation with friends and family). did she finally admit she was ignoring me and then instructed us to return the cupcakes for a full refund. At that point it had been 5 days and I no longer had her product. She then stated she would only provide a partial refund because I could not return the product … her lack of communication for 5 days took away that option. I held onto the cupcakes until Monday evening way past our daughters wedding seeking a solution. they were disposed of Monday evening as we could no longer accommodate refrigerator space. Proper prompt communication could have solved this issue and we would have immediately returned the cupcakes for a refund if she had been professional and given us that option but she chose to ignore and robbed us of that option. when I reached out with an issue seeking a solution the day we picked them up the day after and the day after and the day after for 5 days …. I would like a full refund as this owners lack of communication hindered us from returning her product. we had no idea where to return what to do because we were sent to a third party pick up location and were under the impression they just passed out the orders and that was it.
