This customer after I did the inspection, talked with the husband and the insurance carrier and signed the contract, after doing all this over a week time period, wanted to back out of a signed contract and not pay for the work that was already performed. So yes I made it clear that after this is signed that you cannot back out, I dropped it because I did not want to have to go to court and she treatened me that if I held her to the contract it would not look good on my business so I dropped it for that reason, as well but she still put in this review which I just now am seeing 11/29/2023 I think I still have her signed contractReview from Benjamin D

Brian *** is a great guy to work with! He took all the headache out of my roof repair, he handled the paperwork and calls with my insurance company and all I had to do was pay my deductible. Great guy to talk with, and has the cutest dog!Review from Craig M

They did a really good job removing the old roof, installing the new roof and cleaning up the ground around the house every day. You could see that they knew what they were doing. They worked hard and took few breaks. They joked with each other and often sang songs they played on a radio. I was very impressed with their expertise and camaraderie. I would highly recommend this crew and your company to anyone who needs a new roof.
