Rich Poisel installed a roof that leaks and won’t respond to requests to come remedy it. Can’t get a return call after a month of three calls.

As of 3/15/2024 the complaint of an active leakage issue should be resolved. I spoke with *** *********** on the phone this morning, after a decent amount of rain yesterday, and he indicated he did not believe the roof issue causing leakage was still active. As of 3/5/2024 the issue had been diagnosed, and repaired accordingly by a representative from Rich Poisel's Roofing. Early in the process it seems as though my repair technician was having some issues in reaching *** *********** by phone, and must not have been leaving a voicemail causing a communication issue that has since been resolved. Homeowner has been advised to keep an eye on the area during spring rains to see if the issue persists, and we would make additional corresponding repairs if any evidence did show of additional issues.
