First thing I do when I see that a business is accredited by the BBB, I review their ratings from past customers as well as the BBB rating which made my decision to go a smaller lot when I saw their A Rating! It is very clear how it was achieved and deservingly so after going to their lot after seeing some cars online that I was interested in. Sam (one of the owners) who assisted us, she was incredibly personable and professional which makes you feel at ease when doing a major purchase. Most importantly, there was absolutely NO HARD SALE AND PUSHING OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES that are available at a minimal cost that is owned and administrated by a national third party company. When I identified a vehicle I was VERY interested in and did numerous walk arounds checking the exterior if there was any flaws/issues of concerns (and acknowledging the car was preowned so not expecting perfection but obviously didn’t want to have it in mediocre or poor body appearance) and then the same with the interior checking all the bells and whistles worked (that took a few due to the multitude of options it came with). I wasn’t four minutes into my test drive and was sold! On my way back I had called my insurance agent to add to my policy even before I bought it and then texted Sam to start paperwork. I inquired about any extended warranty available (as referred to above and at said time she drew my attention to the card hanging on the rear mirror before I test drove it). When I returned and we were talking as she was doing the paperwork I was looking at the service warranty options, asked for quotes and because no hard sale I purchased a warranty. Now my daughter has a safe and reliable 2010 Lexus RX 350 AWD with ONLY 91k miles for a bit under $11k a price that made handing her cash so smooth (they accept many forms of payment). Remember, great customer service, awesome vehicles and prices for every budget and best the BBB A Rating!
