I just want to let quality foundation repair know im very happy with the results. Im giving them a five star . The men were very knowledgeable on what they had to do and very friendly. They allowed me to take pictures during the process of the completion. I’ve of course wanted to thank Steve Gnader the owner, he gave me a description to layout of what it would take to do this sump pump install in my home. He made me feel at rest with this . I have high regards for this company and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends who need the same service . Thank you so much for making this, easy for me .

I have had three foundation repair companies come out. Steve is the only one that I'm going to book. Steve is the sweet dad we all wish we had to call when things go wrong in the house. Steve came in and in my opinion did a better inspection then Groundworks and Thrasher. He probed my foundation and he was able to tell me that peirs wouldn't work on my house as my house is so old it's just sitting on the soil. Groundworks quoted me at 20,000 and said the front of the house was the issue. Thrasher quoted me 87,000 and told me my basement was going to flood if I didn't do water proofing. Steve told me real solutions to many of my problems, Steve told me solutions like working on my landscaping and drain pipes. Steve said I could do this on my own and that paying for waterproofing would not fix my basement. Steve gave me the number of a retaining wall guy that does good work. Honestly Steve was a real help and not a salesman, which is what I needed. My parents are both passed so unlike many adults I don't have someone I trust implicitly and can call when big things are going wrong. After talking to Steve I feel confident in the plan we devised and I'll be starting my projects this weekend. He quoted me at 20,000, completely reasonable for what he described and I truly feel like I know what needs to be done to my home. Steve is a partner in the work that I will be doing to protect my home. :)
