Shortly after purchasing my vehicle I started to have issues where the vehicle wouldn't register that the vehicle is in park and would ding until you drove it fwd or reverse to try to fix the error. Then also the rear suspension started to make noise. I took it in to have those items looked at as well as a oil change as I got 'free' oil changes when I purchased the vehicle. They did diagnostics on my vehicle where they found a major oil leak that was thankfully covered under warranty and they found that the suspension strut has to be replaced, they have to replace the harness in the shifter, also with the suspension the rear adjustment link have play on the back passenger and drivers side and would need a wheel alignment would be needed. My daily driving is taking my kids to and from school 3 miles round trip. I called Wednesday… I never got a response till a week + later, where they said they will not help, I spoke to 4 managers and multiple people in between where I’d be sent to voicemails never could get an answer. The manager I spoke to most and finally got things going couldn’t even call me to tell me they’re offering zero help, he had someone else call because he was in meetings all day. They do not stand by their vehicles. They will treat you like royalty until you have something that need ls to be done on your vehicle then you’re SOL.

Cashed our check before we physically got vehicle. Truck had oil leak and a best steering wheel column. Was verbally told by salesman they'd pay for repair. They are refusing to buy bill. Then they said they'd pay the bill and take back the vehicle because of all these problems. The truck has been sitting at the shop for days. They won't pay OR pick it up. In the mean time, they have our $16k+ money and we're having to make payments on a car that is no longer ours. Left multiple messages over past several days and they absolutely will NOT call back.
