The screens on several windows were installed too tight by the manufacturer tight which bowed the frames. I spent a whole day with phone calls and emails to a woman named ********* representing the company who agreed to send replacement windows and the door that was damaged in shipping. The next set of windows arrived and we’re bowed as well. I called easy breeze and was trying to explain the replacement windows were defective also when the woman announced she was pregnant and started crying hysterically and hung up on me. Daryl my new contact I’m guessing the owner of the company refused to talk to me on the phone and my only contact with email. he offered to send out a third set replacement window at which time I just stated I could not wait another month for a probably third set of defective windows. The time I spent repairing the windows and door easily exceeds the $2000. I disputed on my credit card. I can document with pictures and I’ve saved all the defective windows I would offer him to see them whenever he chooses

More **** ******** called to report issues with some items on his first order that was delivered to him on December 5th 2023.. All items were reordered immediately as requested and shipped and delivered in mid December within 2 weeks to fulfill his order for product as his contract states.

Upon receipt of the replacement ordered Mr. ******** claimed the same issues were present on the remake and that all items would need to be ordered again. We initiated the same re-order process as he completed the first time but the customer was extremely combative and unruly towards our office staff. We informed him that we would communicate via email to complete the process as written in his paperwork. He never sent over what he needed to send to confirm the next round of re-makes.

We have since made five attempts via email over the course of a month to request the information that we needed to re-order again. All attempts at communication were ignored by Mr. ********. As clearly stated in our paperwork physical product will continue to be re-made and sent to fulfill any damage or issues until the order is 100% new and working condition. With Mr ******** leading us to believe that there was product he still needed and never replying to our request to get him more replacements there was actually no need for the items to be re-made again and that his claim for new product was false and fraudulent. And his credit card dispute was also a lie to his card company.

Mr. ******** has received all of his product and it has been installed and the project is done as seen in the images that we have attached. Hence why our attempts to get him his product to him were ignored (All documented). Mr ******** simply used his false claims of damage to use was an excuse to file a false card dispute claim.

No mention of fixing units himself or doing any repair was ever made before we fought his credit card dispute.

      His porch looks great. nformation...

I’d like to take an opportunity to respond to easy breeze fraudulent claims. first, the time it took to get the replacement windows was not two weeks It was a month to get a second set of defective windows he and I both have documents to support this. I lost confidence in this company and did not want to wait another month for a possible third set of defective windows. With winter bearing down on newly finished varnished mahogany floors I made the decision to repair his defective windows and doors. his staff is rude and has a history of hanging up on on customers documented through the BBB website. i’m tired of pulling his windows in and out keeping my fingers crossed The next set of windows will be correct. He shows no interest in viewing the pile of defective windows I have but manages to go by my customers home and photograph the windows repaired by me. He doesn’t have to send me anymore windows. I’m just looking for some compensation for the lengthy repairs I’ve made.

Mr ******** received his Eze-Breeze order from us. Some items had issues (shipping and manufacturing issues). Unfortunately sometimes these things happen.   These items were replaced by us in a timely manner only delayed by Mr ******** taking two weeks + to get us the proper info needed to re-order. Mr ******** Claimed to have more issues with the replacement units when they arrived. He did not follow the steps to get additional items as he had done before. We reached out to him 5 times over the course of a month to get him to send along the information needed to get  additional items and he never replied to our emails and request for information. We found out that all of his units were installed and have no issues  and are looking great and no further product was needed.  The Claim for more items after the initial re-make was a made up claim so he could dispute his card charges so he could say we did not do our job. His bank will reverse these charges and most likely cancel his credit card for these false claims.

As stated clearly in our paperwork that he singed there is no compensation for damaged product or time spent doing your own work or re-scheduling work.  New items will continue to be sent by us to our customers to rectify any issues that are properly reported by the customer.  This is how DIY product purchases work in all custom made to order goods and Mr ******** being a contractor should know this.  These items were not requested by Mr ******** and if he did actually  decided he wanted to do something on his own and that is on him. As stated in his signed paperwork. Compensation is not an option and No info was even sent for screen purchased or time spent. 3 frames screens takes about 2 hours to re-roll for a none skilled laborer. $50 dollars in screen and 2 hours for a self claimed $2000 seems a little excessive.

We are always here to help our customers get through there entire purchase until the items are installed and even through warranty claims if they are ever needed. We have done our job here and can only help customers that want to be helped

My credit card company couldn’t help me. This started out great. The ordering process was very good. The customer support was very responsive and easy to work with. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. My windows did show up on schedule (or even a few days earlier than expected). However, due to poor packaging 2 out of the 8 I ordered were damaged. A third had been built to the wrong dimensions. So, 3 out of 8 were unusable due to errors made by the seller/manufacturer. The damage was very predictable the way the windows had been packaged. At this point you’d think they’d rush some replacement items out and perhaps make some other accommodations to keep the customer happy. Just the opposite happened. This was May 19, my replacement windows arrived today, July 26, after I had been given two estimated ship dates that came and went prior. Each time I had to request an update. Not surprisingly, at this point, two out of three windows arrived damaged. This was once again due to poor packaging. When I called to report the issue the lady that answered the phone (claims to be the manager) was very rude, constantly interrupting me while saying I was interrupting her! She then proceeded to hang up on me twice. Just as during previous communications the company is only interested in blaming others (shipper, manufactures, customer, even the 4th of July Holiday! rather than taking responsibility for the product they sell. This is a seller that promises a lot but takes no responsibility when they do not deliver the promised product. I seek either a rush build delivery on replacement windows verified by the manufacturer with a guaranteed ship date and an assurance they will be properly packaged this time or a significant billing adjustment.

The last round of very minor damage has been re-ordered and ship date provide. Just like we always do when there is an issue

After I submitted the compliant I have started receiving timely and courteous (unlike the extremely rude regular customer service rep) communications from who I believe is the owner. They have now placed a rush order for the replacement items. After the first issue they only placed a regular order which took months to get delivered. At this time I am cautiously optimistic that they will deliver replacement items in good condition in a timely matter while keeping me informed. I will hold my final judgement until the items are in hand though.

So, I hired a contractor to build a three season room for me starting in December of 2020. My contractor uses a middle man, who that guy orders the windows from Ezy Breeze. The windows were ordered in April. My contractor keeps telling me that due to the pandemic (which I know has affected things) the company gives him no information when they are going in, what orders come first, etc. I have been waiting 14 month for my project to be complete b/c the windows are still not in after 11 months. I NEED TO KNOW WHERE THEY ARE AT, WHEN WILL THEY BE DELIEVEREED. I need to know what information I need to give EZE BREEZE (so that I can get that information from my contractor) so that my order can be found and I can see what is going on! To be honest, at this point, I think they should give my contractor the windows for free which in turn will save me the money I owe him! BUT I AT LEAST WANT THE WINDOWS!! So once again, I need to know what information I need to get from my contrator(or his third party guy) so I can find out where my order is and when the heck it will be delievered. This is disgraceful. I mean, I am almost to the point of suing my contractor but he swears it is b/c he is waiting on the window. A 12 week job has taken 14 months b/c of these windows and I NEED HELP NOW.
