On June 27th, 2024 I purchased a vehicle that had a "passed" inspection sticker and they sold it to me under false/fraudulent pretenses k owing that the right rear frame rail was rotted and put my life in danger. The reason I know that the "passed" inspection sticker was done by a friend of the dealership to cover up that MAJOR detail was because I brought the suv in to my state of residence to get a second opinion on Inspection. Upon the Autoworks *******, ***** autobody shop made their inspection they found the safety issue and even suggested I return the vehicle. I in turn contacted the dealership and they "welded and fixed" the problem only to find out from a welding company that the job was not done right and it was cheaply and not welded properly with the appropriate tools/welding material.Upon removing a tire from the same rear right area to remove a nail I saw yet another corroded area on the support are of the control arm I once again, contacted the sales man ******** and he said if I made the hole I can fix it. The hole was made by my finger as it was completely rotted and didn't need much pressure for the hole to show the extent of corrosion. The sales man said he will pay for half of the amount it would take to fix the car. I shouldn't have to pay a ***** as this vehicle was sold under false advertising and under false pretenses.Lives are at stake while driving this vehcile and all I want os fkr the work not to be done at a shop that the dealership personnel are friends with as they have already cut many corners and are NOT TRUSTWORTHY I need the vehcile fixed the right was at a reputable mechanic. The cost to weld yet another part of the vehicle is insane and should have never happen as they should have known of the problems with corrosion and knew exactly what they were doing

Aspire Motors came through and provided me the funds in order to get my vehicle fixed the proper way with a licensed welder.

I appreciate the effort and I wish next time they Inspect their inventory properly so that this issue won't arise yet again.

Thank you to ***** for making things right

On 11/6/23 I purchased a vehicle from Aspire Motoring LLC in Brentwood NH. Until now I have not received a title to register the vehicle. I have contacted the company numerous times and don’t seem to get anywhere. He’s asked me to look into things. I’ve contacted DMV which shows no record of a title being applied for. Nice guy but doesn’t seem to be making any effort to resolve an issue that, as a dealership, is his to resolve for his customer. Just want a title.

spoke with the mass RMV who also told me to bring it back as the dealer should have given a warranty or take back the car as it seems like it has violate the lemon law but I have to get in touch with the proper entity. From the beginning of this deal *** ***** was seeking discount. I allowed $300 off and then an additional $200. I am a used car dealer and I try my very best to provide an outstanding customer service. First complaint *** ***** had was the quarter tank of gas, again I sell used cars and I make sure there is enough gas to get you 50-150 miles. Because he pointed he has children and it's his last money (by the way the price was 9499), I provided a $200 discount. Later that day, *** ***** called and said his car overheated and he needs money to fix it. I advised him to bring the vehicle in for repairs, instead, *** ***** decided to take the car to someone he knows. After the diagnostic he demanded a check to be sent to him for $300 to cover the cost of a water pump. I told *** ***** that I will order the part for him and I will have it shipped to his address. Later I discovered that because my account is a commercial account, I am not allowed to ship parts to a residential address. I called *** ***** to ask him to pick up the water pump upon arrival but he again refused and demanded a check. When I told him that I can not issue him a check he started writing bad reviews all over the net including this complaint. Every day I strive for an exceptional service and I am no future teller nor I am an angel, however, when it comes to supporting my customers, I try to be as fair and helpful as can.
