3/01/23 paid 3500.00 David did nothing at all no test drive sat in his office until we walked in to sign papers dealer was asked before we drove up three hours. If there was a check engine light, he said no being an authorized dealer you are required to know if that check engine light illuminates as you start the vehicle they’re all supposed to Know. David did not want anything to do with me he was rude and blunt about me signing paperwork already after he sent me off in a hazardous vehicle the Rhode Island inspector had some comments and is willing to let you knowBusiness response

I like how people from other states try and tell dealers in new hampshire how they have to sell their vehicles this customer bought the vehicle as is signed all paperwork stating as is unsafe and no obd emissions she was told we were not a service center and no mechanic on duty there will be NO REFUNDSCustomer response

I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because despite signing said papers the dealer was untruthful. He blatantly lied when asked about the check engine light and body rot. The check engine light was unplugged and there is significant rot, I was only informed of the check engine light being pulled when I brought it for inspection. I believe that David purposely pulled the engine light because I specifically asked about it. He sold me that vehicle knowing I was driving home 3 hrs and never once stated verbally that it is unsafe. I was under the impression the paper work was for the exhaust and other body rot issues not the engine light. All in all I feel he is a dishonest business man.
