      I purchased this truck outright was told I was getting a great truck and it was great for 20k miles then bam one day started over heating and come to find out the garage must have put coolant engine sealant in to stop a quick leak well doing so has caused major damage to my engine and it has costed me close to 2 thousand in repair and the garage I have it repaired at now thinks I may need a new engine due to the engine sealent. So this truck has turned into a very unreliable s*** box. Not to mention the break sensor quit working a week after purchasing bc somone had disconnected incorrectly and broke it so had to replace that.

      07/28/2023 was date purchased and I do not believe I sigh ed ******** except a statement saying it passed NH guidelines for the road.

      While Price Auto understands the customer is frustrated with this situation, the repairs needed are ones that were unforeseeable. We neither used engine sealant, nor cannot predict the outcome of a vehicle's future, especially when it has been driven over ****** miles since the date of purchase. Unfortunately, the customer also declined to purchase the extended warranty that we offer all of our customers. That being said, we are unable to provide financial compensation for the vehicle's repairs.

      I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: I was told I was getting a great truck I do not believe a warranty was offered I had payed for the truck outright I'd like to see proof from buisness of the paper I sighned declining the warranty isn't there usualy a paper u gotta sighn even when you choose not to warranty.

      The Customer was verbally offered the opportunity to purchase an extended warranty for an additional amount. The customer declined and refused to purchase it. The customer does not need to sign any paperwork saying he declined. It's simply something we offer.

      I bought a car from this business in February and found out it has been in an auto accident affecting multiple parts of the vehicle. I was told today from ****** that my $14000 car is really only worth $9000 because of the damage from the accident. I was told there was nothing wrong with this vehicle and shown a clean carfax and was finally talked into purchasing. The owner kept the vehicle outback and when I requested multiple times to see it before signing paperwork, He assured me Nothing was wrong with the vehicle carfax came up clean. The business Told me the car came straight from ******. Short story is.I was sold a lemon and now I would be upside down in my loan If I wanted to trade it in. A piece Of rubber came off the top rack in a car wash and I was told it is because the back end is literally twisted from an auto accident that also was not fixed properly. There's bubbled paint by the wheelwell. This business failed to disclose any of it to me and lied about where the car came from and what was wrong with it.The following pictures show the wheelwell where it was fixed and painted and messed up, the top spoiler where it is uneven where the crack is, the gas door is bent. The mirror is broke.

      Price Auto provided the customer a copy of the carfax, which shows that the vehicle has never been in an accident. ********* reviewed this, and test drove the vehicle multiple times before taking possession of the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle, she had it inspected by her own technician/ garage and was assured that the vehicle was safe to drive. While ****** offered her $9000, this does not necessarily accurately reflect the value of the vehicle. A dealership can offer someone any price for a vehicle, but that does not mean that is the exact value of a car. Price Auto went above and beyond to help ********* to ensure she drove a safe and reliable vehicle. While we understand *********'s frustration with ******'s assessment and valuation of the vehicle, she was sold a quality car by us with a clean title. We can provide a copy of the carfax if necessary.

      I have contacted carfax too because this vehicle was clearly fixed after an accident. You can clearly tell by the huge gap in one side of the spoiler. I was sold this car before having the opportunity to test drive it again. I requested to see the vehicle and was assured nothing was wrong. There is CLEARLY a problem it's in the photos. The sunroof stopped working also and only sometimes does an aux cord work in it. I suspect something electrical because the radio didn't even work when I first test drove it. This car had to have been hit to cause such a huge gap. There are ways to fix cars without it showing up on carfax and that's why I also put in a complaint to them. No need to send a copy ****. BBB already has it. I tried to trade it in TWICE and BOTH garages noticed the discrepancies. My garage unfortunately only inspected mechanics of the vehicle with clearly no check of the outside. I am still requesting refund. Something is not right with this. No one went above and beyond, they fixed 2 things that should have been in working order when I bought it!

      On August 12 I bought a vehicle from Price Auto Sales 2 on Manchester St. in Concord, NH. Since I bought the car I have had issue after issue. 1. Dashboard light came on indicating tire pressure was off. I put air in the tire this did not resolve the issue and continuing to put air in the tire over the next month did not resolve the issue or turn the light off. 2. On or about the 12th of September my engine started to violently shake and the check engine light came on, and this continued to happen on and off over the next couple weeks. I took the car to ******** where they hooked up the diagnostic machine told me there was a misfire in cylinder 2. I then proceeded to order $90 for a four pack of spark plugs and a four pack of ignition coils which I am in the process of replacing. Considering I just bought this car 2 months ago for $16,800, I should not be having this issues right now I've tried calling them I've left several messages nobody in turn has called me back.
