Had my roof done in April of 2024. Meeting the owner originally I had great confidence that he was competent and customer satisfaction centric. His pricing seemed incredibly fair and is operation streamlined and well organized. I can't say that my entire experience went without any hiccups, but I can say that that the owner and his team did everything they can to make sure I was satisfied and any problems rectified immediately.. Clearly an individual who takes care of his business and his people. My roof looks great, they cleaned up incredibly well and the process was far faster than I could fathom a roof being replaced in.I would highly recommend Lane Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement in the region.

**************** HIGHLY RECOMMEND LANE ROOFING Lane Roofing of *****, ** was one of 3 bidders on replacing the leaking asphalt shingle roof on my 1850s single family home. They were selected based on their estimate not only being competitive, but most importantly a neighbor gave a very glowing reference of the quality of their work, and their asphalt shingle roof was replaced by a large crew all in one day. Furthermore, Lane Roofing had a 5 star rating on BBB.For the work on my house, **** had hoped to strip the old roofing and complete the new roof all in one day but ran into into numerous rotten pine roof boards that needed to be replaced. A team of 12 roofers were on site the first day when they completely stripped the old roof, installed the new pine boards before securing sheets of new plywood over the entire roof, and started placing the new asphalt roofing system.On the next day, a reduced team of roofers completed ****************. They removed the tarps that had been placed all around that perimeter of the house to collect debris from the old roof, and I was impressed with how diligent they were in looking for any stray nails with magnets.***************** the owner of Lane Roofing, and **** the ******* who supervised the work were very courteous to me in answering my questions and concerns. The roofers worked really hard and appreciated the Dunkin boxes of *** and the doughnuts I provided on both days. The extra cost **** charged me for installing the new pine boards I considered to be reasonable.

Lane r”Roofing did an amazing job on our roof, they put in a new sky light and also took care of our gutters through another great company Got Gutters out of Derry. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the way our house looks. They also did a great clean up job afterwards. Josh L*** made sure everything was done exactly the way we asked him too. It was a joy doing business with someone that actually calls you back! Thank you Lane Roofing!

We outreached Lane Roofing after seeing multiple recommendations for their services on our local community Facebook page. We received a call from Josh within minutes of reaching out and a project manager arrived at our house that afternoon to provide a quote. Josh followed up within a few days, immediately answered all of our questions via text and scheduled our roof replacement within about a week. Communication was consistent throughout the project from start to finish. The Lane Roofing crew arrived promptly at 7am on installation day, they were respectful of our property making any and all efforts to clean up any debris and were sure to walk us around the house upon project completion to ensure our satisfaction with the project. Our new roof is beautiful and carries a 50 yr. warranty. We would highly recommend the Lane Roofing team to anyone seeking a roof replacement.
