Visited the restaurant on Sat Feb 18. Received bill Paid Bill Unknowingly received another persons credit card and they got mine But they key is just this mishap but the practice that they then charged their meal to my card as well! So I paid for 2 meals (one not mine) and now I don’t have a credit card for 10 days. I also had to pay back the other card holder because I accidentally used their card to buy Boston aquarium tickets. I have resolved this with the other cardholder who has my card but this put my at risk for fraud since I used a card that unknowingly wasn’t mine. I also got charged for 2 meals. What happen if they put my card back to me - I would have still been charged for 2 people meals. What type of controls and business practice is this that my card gets applied to 2 people mealsBusiness response

I was out of the country when my employee mistakenly swapped Jennifer's credit card with another customer's credit card and each customer did not realize they got the wrong card back and left with them. ******** called the restaurant within the next day or two to explain what happened and they took her information and told her the manager/owner would get back to her to take care of it because I am the only one who could take care of the issue. As soon as I got back to town, I spoke with ******** and apologized for the entire matter and offered her a $50.00 gift card for her troubles, which she accepted along with my apology. She told me she would write to the BBB to let them know the matter had been resolved.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help resolve this matter.
