The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.

On June 30, 2023 Felipe Olinger pleaded guilty to one class A Felony count of theft by unauthorized taking in the Hillsborough County – Southern District Superior Court. The conviction relates to Olinger’s conduct in his business, Calibre Construction Group, Inc. The Court found that Olinger fraudulently solicited $28,500 in deposits and advance payments related to a home renovation project he agreed to perform. 
 
Sentencing took place on March 4, 2024. The Court sentenced Olinger to serve a sentence of 364 days in the House of Corrections. Olinger must also pay $28,500 in restitution and will be prohibited from taking prepayments or deposits prior to providing any goods or services in the course of conducting trade or commerce in New Hampshire for a period of five years. His sentence will begin upon his apprehension. In the event he pays full restitution and voluntarily surrenders himself, he may petition the Court to suspend up to four months of the sentence. 
 

This case was investigated and prosecuted by the New Hampshire Consumer Protection and Antitrust Bureau.
