We hired Phoenix Gutters on 2/28/22 to install gutters on our home and paid them a deposit of $1,197.00. They installed the gutters on 3/3/22 and we paid them an additional $2,394.00 for a total of $3591. Their receipt indicates a warranty for 7 years against leaking. The seams in the gutters are leaking down the very windows we had them put on for in the first place. I texted Will on 9/22/23 asking if he could come look at the leaking gutters but there has been no response. I called him today, 8/4/23 and left a message.Initial Complaint

Phoenix Gutters LLC claims to be an accredited BBB business but they are not per the company's entry in the BBB website. I relied upon this information from this business card when hiring him (William B******) (See business card/invoice scan). His gutter cost me $1,206. It was installed by his crew on 9/28/2022 along with a splash pan (see photo). After a couple of rainstorms, I noticed the gutter did not perform satisfactory. It leaks behind the gutter and does not divert water away from the steps. Also, the splash pan does nothing but collect leaves. I contacted Phoenix Gutters right away in early October. For some reason, he ghosted me (I couldn't even leave him a voice message because he has set-up his phone to reject calls from people he does not want to talk to) and refused to take any phone calls from me. It took me a long time to find a way to contact him. I emailed him and texted him about the problem. He refused to reply or get back to me. Finally, after I sent him a video via text documenting the problem with his product and workmanship, he began finally to text me back on or around October 18th but still refused to take my calls or even call me back. In an effort to get him to talk to us, we used another phone with a different number and he answered the phone! We spoke on the phone a couple of times and he made two promises to come and fix but never showed up! Then he again stopped taking my calls from either number. Over the course of one month he gave stated several times he would return to my property to fix the non-functioning gutter he installed but never showed up or called to reschedule. He gave me many excuses about why he couldn't come and more promises he would be here "soon." By today, November 18th, I have counted at least four times he promised to come to fix this non-functioning gutter. I've asked many times now for a complete refund ($1206) as his gutter does not work properly and he refuses to even acknowledge my request.
