      My truck has an oil leak. It has been "fixed" at the Allen Mello ******************* three times for a combined total of appx 4-5 weeks over the course of almost three months...and it's still leaking. With every visit, there's something they didn't notice before or something else leaking they didn't catch previously or something else that they didn't fix and they have to reach out to my warranty company aaa-gain every time, further extending the time I'm without my truck. Combine that with the fact that they must only have one diesel mechanic who has to also work on all the other trucks and take days off, further extending the time I'm without my truck. Add to that they only have one service manager who has to take vacation days and doesn't have someone covering his position, further extending the time I'm without my truck. They are only willing to cover a loaner vehicle for one to two days at a time, even when they need to keep my truck for several days. So their expectation is that their customers must not have jobs, or at least certainly have backup vehicles, but since I do* have a job and I don't* have a backup car, and their mechanic can't get to it within a reasonable time frame, I'm left to let the oil continue to leak on my driveway for WEEKS at a time where the *** is about to assess fines or ban my truck from the community for, or place a mat down that can't stay there and has to be moved every time I move the truck. I've not been able to have my undercarriage winter coated because of the oil all over the frame and they just don't seem to care or understand. This place *****.

      Had exhaust “fixed” in 12/22. Had been a customer for last 10 years since truck was bought there. Charged me 130$ to replace an exhaust clamp. 3 months later it failed. I was getting pulled over. Called them they said I had to talk to manager first. Got pulled over had to get it fixed asap. **** ******* in Lowell did excellent and proper work. Said it was not done or correctly. Called Allen Mello service dept said they couldn’t do anything even though registered reputable shop did work that specializes in exhaust. Have to just eat the money. Place keeps losing employees, service prices keep increasing and quality in the toilet. I’ve had so much work done there and they have screwed up other stuff and actually used to take accountability. I WOULD NO LONGER RECOMMEND RAM OR ALLEN MELLO. Do yourself a favor buy a Toyota out of ****** Never do business with them again. So much for telling them one time they underbilled me. If I could give negative stars I would Run don’t walk from this place. They clearly pay for ad cleaning (look it up it’s a thing) to get a 4.4 star rating.

      We did the service work as requested. Customer never returned back with complaint but instead had it repaired elsewhere never allowing us to see if we were at fault. He demanded that we pay for this repair. As far as we're concerned we've had an issue before with this customer. We feel he wasn't truthful but have no way of knowing without being able to have inspected the vehicle prior to the repair.

      Feel I wasn’t truthful! I brought the car (after neighbors called police for noise complaints and I was stopped driving) to a reputable local company. I called Allen Mello and they said I had to wait almost two weeks for an appointment. The police do not work on AM schedule, nor could I. I needed the vehicle. I offered a full report along with the clamp they allegedly changed. You have had an issue before with this customer? Please explain when. I have worked on cars/motorcycles for over 30 years. I do not choose Allen Mello service because I’m not capable nor to save money. It is due to time constraints. I’ve always been very forthcoming and have even let you know once I believed you under-billed me for services. I feel your comment is bordering on slander as you have no basis for your comments of having issues with me, nor that I’m not being truthful. You have a very heavy turnover in service so who is even left that would remember, your system was also changed a few years back and I still can’t get correct service history for my truck so how can you say there are issues? Please print out this as it’s clear someone is targeting me and likely why my service is sub-par. I also didn’t demand anything. I spoke to the Service Advisor Mgr. Bernie and said I felt I should be entitled for the repair which was 50$ not the 130$ I was charged for the work not being done correctly. I thought that was more than fair. I even offered to take a service credit. I even explained nicely that was fine and that I wouldn’t do business with them. Guess over the last 10 years the 10s of 1000s in repairs I’ve had to keep coming back for were enough for AM. **** poor worksmanship.

      Called to have a recall fixed. They gave me the runaround about how they would need to run diagnostics to make sure the part was bad and if it wasn't that I'd have to pay out of pocket. When I told the guy on the phone that what he said wasn't true, he said he had to look at the recall to double check. I had the recall up on my computer so after him trying to BS some more, I told him that the recall stated that the part needed to be replaced. I then told him I would go elsewhere. Several years ago I went there for a repair. They tried to pull similar crap. They then didn't call me to tell me my car was ready so I had a rental for several extra days. Eventually they refunded my rental charges. Either the business is shady or they regularly hire incompetent people. Either way, don't go there.
