Dear H363137**3238313831H I called lake Sunapee H3237313834363035**35H & H32**34333031303236**H to replace the bathroom sink. I asked how much they charged. I was told $120 an hour. They sent me a bill for 165 dollars for 45 minutes work. What they didn&#**;t disclose is they charge 75 dollars just to drive out, which is outrageous. If they told me this I would have called someone else. They should tell customers what they charge when asked. If you can&#**;t help keep this complaint on file to help other consumers. I am very sorry that this customer did not ask what all the charges would be. His only question to our office *** was what our hourly rate was, which is $120.00 per hour for contracted work. Our service rate is a trip charge of $75.00 to the customers house then $30.00 every 15 minutes while on site. This customer went out and purchased his own equipment then thinks we can dispactch a truck from ******* to ********* with a licensed plumber. I also do not know if this was not expressed to the customer by our CSR.
